This EU inquiry is a very rare occasion.
[1] GuantanamoI see it as a tentacle to test the willingness of the Europeans to accept the unlimited immigration of Muslims of any kind – including terrorists.
So far we have not been heard on that question.

You can give a short comment on [2] this website.

However note the comment from the website moderator/censor:
“In accordance with our editorial policy, we have been obliged not to publish several comments received on this subject because of their advocacy of discrimination vis-à-vis Guantanamo detainees on the grounds solely of religion. Such discrimination is contrary to the fundamental principles of the European Union, as defined in the European Charter on Fundamental Rights, as well as UN conventions on human rights to which all EU countries adhere.”

Here, I think, we have the reason for the unlimited Muslim immigration to Europe: What we used to consider good  morals  and religious standards are to be replaced by "better", global ones – when you want to expand the [3] EU empire[3] to be a world state.

[4] Here, you can see who favours resettling the Guantanamo detainees in Europe - and who is opposed.

The EU is split - so your opinion may be decisive.
