LATEST: EUObserver 11 Aug. 2011:  France is now staggering (under the bail-out burden) and has to introduce new austerity measures or increase taxes. Societé Generale slumped 21 percent at one point. The tumble is the product of growing worries of French financial institutions’ exposure to Italian debt: estimated to be some €410 billion.

LATEST: Deutsche Welle 4 Aug. 2011: Markets fell sharply throughout Europe after the President of the European Commission expressed doubts about the efficacy of the European rescue fund designed to bail out struggling members of the euro currency zone. “It is clear that we are no longer managing a crisis just in the euro-area periphery,” he warned, in comments likely to have a destabilizing effect among European political leaders. Barroso said that developments in Italy and Spain - Europe’s third- and fourth-largest economies, respectively - were a “cause of deep concern”.  Jean-Claude Trichet, the ECB chief, described the risks faced by the European economy as “unusually high.”

Summary:
The EU has quietly completed its development of the economic dictatorship and Union statehood entitled by its self-adopted Lisbon Treaty/EU Constitution rejected by the few Europeans given the opportunity to vote for it. Already this spring it was clear that this was about to happen. But now the final piece of the jig-saw puzzle has been laid: The attempt to bail-out Greece and other struggling eurozone countries raised the prospect of a two-speed European Union with far closer ties between countries using the euro compared with those that remained outside. Nicolas Sarkozy said  “Our ambition is to seize the Greek crisis to make a quantum leap in eurozone government,” and mentioned an EU Treasury/ a European IMF.  Of late the replacement of  Euro and Dollar  is ready: The world currencies, the Bancor und the SDRs of the IMF.

Peter Osborne of the London Telegraph writes: “The consequences of the European fiscal union: First, it will mean the economic destruction of most of the southern European countries. Thanks to their membership of the eurozone, peripheral countries such as Greece and Portugal – and to an increasing extent Spain and Italy – are undergoing a process of forcible deindustrialisation. Their economic sovereignty has been obliterated; they face a future as vassal states, their role reduced to the one enjoyed by the European colonies of the 19th and early 20th centuries. Germany is busy turning into one of the most dynamic and productive economies in the world. Germany has come very close to realising Bismarck’s dream of an economic empire stretching from central Europe to the Eastern Mediterranean. This is the final realisation of the dream that animated the founders of the Common Market  – which is one reason why so many prominent Europeans have privately welcomed the eurozone catastrophe, labelling it a “beneficial crisis.” The debt crisis reminds of 1929 - boding troubled times.

Back in 1929, politicians and central bankers assumed that the convertibility of national currencies into gold was a law of nature. European politicians have developed the same superstitious attachment to the single currency. They are determined to persist with it, no matter what suffering it causes, or however brutal its economic and social consequences. After yesterday, Europe will cease to be a collection of nation states. It will have one economic government, one currency, one foreign policy. This integration will be so complete that taxpayers in the more prosperous countries will be expected to pay for the welfare systems and pension plans of failing EU states (Transfer union).

At the same time, the EFSF is to be granted additional, pre-emptive competencies to prevent the euro crisis from spreading to additional countries. The EFSF will have the ability to buy state bonds on secondary markets  in order to support debt-ridden euro-zone countries.  The moves do indeed mean that the EFSF increasingly resembles the IMF. It will now be allowed to grant pre-emptive lines of credit to countries under pressure on the financial markets. It will also be allowed to assist in the recapitalization of stricken banks.”

Frank Schäffler, finance expert  from the FDP Board of Directors: “There is now no government guarantee of the German Federal Government for savings any more. There are a lot of analyses being withheld from the Germans in the mainstream media. One thing is certain: Above all, the German pensioners are among the first victims of the bailout.”
This  Bismarck-dream of a European economic empire was re-established at the Strassburg Meeting between SS-officer Dr. Scheid and Nazi German Industrialists in a plot in 1944: Industrialists were to smuggle money robbed in occupied areas by the SS to Switzerland and elsewhere. Herman Abs from the board of  Rockefeller´s IG Farben - of which Auschwitz was a daughter - and Ludwig Erhard were some of the post-war finance people who under the supranational mantra developed the “Wirtschaftswunder” to be the paymaster of the EU - which is thus based on nazi-money. The EU is closely affiliated to the big corporations, e.g. through the European Round Table of Industralists and the Bilderberg Club. This kind of government was by Mussolini called “fascism”. The EU-Commission is now a full-blown, unelected, undemocratic permanent government of an EU Union State.

The euro bail-out is a conspiracy against democracy (The Telegraph 23 July 2011)

Eu_surveillanceWhile people are on summer vacation and others have their attention on the Oslo massmurderer the EU has quietly completed its development of the economic dictatorship and Union statehood given to it by its self-adopted Lisbon Treaty/EU Constitution rejected by the few Europeans given the opportunity to vote for it. The Irish were intimidated to vote yes in the 2. round. A No is never respected – new referenda follow, until a “Yes” is achieved. Then no more referenda will ever be given. As Sakozy says:“Referendums on the new European Union Treaty were “dangerous” and would be lost in France, Britain and other countries.” The EU masterrace despise their citizens.
This increased power is to be used for unpalatable NWO purposes. Already this spring it was clear that this was about to happen, as the European Growth and Stability Pact was decreed for the Euro union – and immediately joined by wagging politician minions, e.g. Danish politicians, from outside without any media information – although the Danes have refused the euro!!! Moreover, the decrees of the EU Commission were agreed to be a matter of consensus – not to be criticized or even rejected by the national leaders in the European Council. Moreover, all EU countries subjected themselves to the “European Semester”: They are obliged to have their national budgets approved by the EU Commission before submitting them to national parliaments. This was good-bye to national sovereignty by stealth. No one informed or told us!!
The reason is the influence of the meticulously  planned and here crisis on the economically impossible political project, the intermediary of the world currency, the Euro as well as on the Dollar.  The suspicion of an imminent also planned and here introduction of the world currency to replace them is obvious.

Now follows the precursor of an EU Treasury – the EFSF!
Eu-eating-uropeThe Telegraph 26 July 2011: The attempt to bail-out Greece and other struggling eurozone countries raised the prospect of a two-speed European Union with far closer ties between countries using the euro compared with those, such as Britain, that remained outside. Nicolas Sarkozy said he hailed it as “a historic moment” that would provide “bold and ambitious” plans for the creation of an embryonic EU treasury in the form of a European Monetary Fund. “ Our ambition is to seize the Greek crisis to make a quantum leap in eurozone government,” Sarkozy said.

In response, eurozone leaders meeting in Brussels were drawing up a deal that would effectively use money from successful northern economies such as Germany to support the budgets of indebted nations in southern Europe. Angela Merkel, the German Chancellor, was forced to cave in to French demands to significantly extend the role of the EFSF, to which Germany provides more than a quarter of the funding. German officials said Mrs Merkel was braced for a major political row as taxpayers in Germany recoiled from a step that will redistribute their money to highly indebted Mediterranean countries.

Merkel-sarkozy-460-doneThe Telegraph 22 July 2011 Peter OsborneHistory has seen many attempts to unify Europe, from the Habsburgs to the Bourbons and Napoleon. This attempt is likely to fail, too.
Nothing could have been more calculated to create civil disorder and national resistance than yesterday’s demented move to salvage the single currency.

Consider the consequences of European fiscal union. First, it will mean the economic destruction of most of the southern European countries. Indeed, this process is already far advanced. They will provide cheap labour, raw materials, agricultural produce and a ready market for the manufactured goods and services provided by the far more productive and efficient northern Europeans. Their political leaders will, like the hapless George Papandreou of Greece, lose all political legitimacy.
While these nations relapse into pre-modern economic systems, Germany is busy turning into one of the most dynamic and productive economies in the world. Despite the grumbling, for the Germans, the bail-outs are worth every penny, because they guarantee a cheap outlet for their manufactured goods. Germany has come very close to realising Bismarck’s dream of an economic empire stretching from central Europe to the Eastern Mediterranean. This is the final realisation of the dream that animated the founders of the Common Market  – which is one reason why so many prominent Europeans have privately welcomed the eurozone catastrophe, labelling it a “beneficial crisis”

Wall-street-1929Today’s predicament contains terrifying parallels with the situation that prevailed 80 years ago, although the problem lies (at this stage, at least) with the debt rather than the equity markets. Such recessions herald a long period of economic dislocation and collapse. Indeed, the 1929 crash sparked a decade of economic failure around much of the world. So we live in a very troubling period.
Back in 1929, politicians and central bankers assumed that the convertibility of national currencies into gold was a law of nature, like gravity. European politicians have developed the same superstitious attachment to the single currency. They are determined to persist with it, no matter what suffering it causes, or however brutal its economic and social consequences.

It is almost impossible to overestimate the importance of the decision which European leaders seemed last night to be reaching. The eurozone has taken the decisive step to becoming a fiscal union. So long as the settlement is accepted by national parliaments, yesterday will come to be seen as the witching hour after which Europe will cease to be, except vestigially, a collection of nation states. It will have one economic government, one currency, one foreign policy. This integration will be so complete that taxpayers in the more prosperous countries will be expected to pay for the welfare systems and pension plans of failing EU Never-have-so-few.states (now apparently including  Italy, too.

Spiegel 22 July 2011: Euro-zone heads of state and government agreed on Thursday evening to a second emergency aid package for Greece “and some other things.” Angela Merkel exuded satisfaction and said it had been an “important day.” The new package provides for €109 billion worth of credit for Athens. The majority of the fund comes from the euro backstop fund known as the European Financial Stability Facility (EFSF) and from the International Monetary Fund (IMF). Private creditors are to contribute an additional €50 billion by 2014 via a combination of debt buybacks and swaps.

At the same time, the EFSF is to be granted additional, pre-emptive competencies to prevent the euro crisis from spreading to additional countries. The EFSF will have the ability to buy state bonds on secondary markets  in order to support debt-ridden euro-zone countries. It is a further step in the direction of the kind of transfer union that Germany has long insisted must be avoided. The moves do indeed mean that the EFSF increasingly resembles the Washington-based IMF. It will now be allowed to grant pre-emptive lines of credit to countries under pressure on the financial markets. It will also be allowed to assist in the recapitalization of stricken banks.

SpargeldKopp Verlag 22 Juli 2011: The FDP financial expert Frank Schäffler is considered prudent. He now said as clearly as no other politician before, what threatens German citizens: “Without severe cuts of heavily indebted countries, a real creditor participation now and an exit route from the euro zone it  finally means that in the end the savings of many people in Germany will be called into question”. Schäffler is a member of the FDP board of directors. One thing is clear: There is now no government guarantee of the German Federal Europes-political-map-lef-006Government for savings any more.

There are a lot of analyses being withheld from the Germans in the mainstream media. One thing is certain: Above all, the German pensioners are among the first victims of the bailout.

The Map left shows how the neolliberal corporative NWO governments of Europe are spreading (The Guardian 28 July 2011). The socialist governments are equally keen on EU dictatorship.

Comment
New American 5 Aug. 2011 The bailout postpones a default until all of the toxic bonds are off-loaded from the balance sheets of private banks and onto the backs of European taxpayers. Then governments — especially Greece — will default and leave the public holding the bad debt. Many analysts still expect the EU and the euro to eventually crumble under the brewing storm. Central-bank money creation and government bailouts will never solve the problems wreaking havoc on global markets.
Billederred-2dhouse-2dreportThe dream of Bismarck of a European economic empire was re-established at the Strassburg Meeting between SS-officer Dr. Scheid and Nazi German Industrialists and more here in the plot in Strassburg in 1944 .

On 10 August 1944 a secret meeting  was held at the Red House in Strassbourg. A French spy was present, and in November he wrote a report of the meeting and sent it to the U.S. secretary of state: Obergruppenfiihrer, SS Offzier Dr. Scheid told the convened Industrialists that the war was unwinnable. It is now up to the industrialists to secure the future of Germany after the war, building up the 4th Reich for the Nazis to take over at due time. The industrialists were to use the foreign connections of surviving German companies. Participants were inter alia representatives from Volkswagen, Krupp and Messerschmidt. The 4th Empire should be an economic empire. Nazi Germany sent very large sums of money through Switzerland - stolen from the occupied countries of Europe - not least by the SS, who ran a very large financial empire. After the war, 1948, Germany therefore  allegedly possessed more capital than 1936.

Some of the major Nazis were leading figures in the development of the EU. Hermann Abs of the boards of Deutsche Bank and 40 other Nazi firms, including Rockefeller´s IG Farben with a branch at Auschwitz, was the man who created a powerful business empire after the war, which was the basis of the EU. He distributed the Marshall Aid among German firms, and he was the main financial advisor to Konrad Adenauer. At the same time Ludwig Erhard, protégé of the hanged war criminal Ohlendorf,  flourished. He realized that the financial empire would be built under the supra-national mantra. Thereby, the economic miracle (Wirtschaftswunder) would be able to develop properly. Therefore, he was also behind the European Coal and Steel Union- the beginning of the EU.

So, did the 4th Reich of the Nazis become reality? Yes, unfortunately - and it is called the European Union – built on nazi money.
The EU is closely affiliated to the big corporations, e.g. through the European Round Table of Industrialists and here – as well as the Bilderberg Club. This kind of government was by Mussolini called “fascism”. The EU Commission is now a full-blown, permanent, unelected government of an EU Union State.

LATEST. The Express 8 Nov. 2010: Tory MEP Roger Helmer: Senior Eurocrats caught fighting (for) or running brothels and convicted of pedophile offences have been allowed to keep their jobs. Mr. Helmer said: “If you do almost anything, no matter how outrageous, you (just) get a slap on the wrist – unless you criticise the European project.”

ADDENDUM: The Telegraph 6 Nov. 2010: "Among real people there is a general sense that governments become out of touch and out of control, and that something essential to human dignity and potential is under threat from their overweening interference. The one virtue of totalitarian governments is that they can be swept away in a single blow, either through violent overthrow or – as in the case of Soviet communism – by their populations simply walking out from under them. The actual dismemberment of the beast is quite appallingly traumatic. ….Indigenous populations must not be forced to compete with unlimited low-wage imported labour. If working people are to fend for themselves and support their own families without help, they cannot be under-bid for employment by migrants. The uncontrolled movement of peoples around the globe is problematic for welfare states – which can end up supporting them. The combination of reduced welfare and unlimited migration could produce ugly consequences which no responsible person wants to see."

Summary: Many statements by European politicians and Eurocrats signify a huge fear of referendums in EU affairs - after French, Dutch and Irish nos to the EU constitution and its cheating edition, the Lisbon Treaty. Therefore the EU is now in a mess because Germany has demanded a Treaty change to extend EU powers in order to direct and control the economy in the eurozone - and probably also in all EU countries. This would be the nation states´ coup de grace by means of the politically and economically enforced totally emotional and badly supported euro. However, this change may – in particular in the Netherlands – lead to a referendum!
But politicians and Eurocrats know that their people detest them as much as they dislike their peoples - and that  peoples´ disgust is increasing in step with the EU's austerity measures and the massive Muslim immigration, which devours about 30% of the Danish and Swedish national budgets. EU politicians and eurocrats know that Europeans are becoming increasingly aware of what it means when Barroso, Sarkozy, Gordon Brown, Chancellor Merkel, etc in the EU Parliament and elsewhere talk about their new world order: their dictatorial corporate and Communist elitist one-world government - which Europeans do not want. They want to keep their nation states which the EU is doing everything possible to abolish.
Eurocrats want to increase their amusement account, their canteen quality, their pensions and EU spending in general, why the EU Parliament and the Commission now propose an increase in the EU budget of 5.9% - while many Europeans are losing their jobs and livelihoods due to rigorous EU austerity! But the EU does not lack imagination: the EU now proposes inter alia a direct EU VAT, taxes on financial transactions and air travels to supplement the EU's own resources for its boundless consumption - even wants a global (UN) tax to be imposed. Besides control of the finances of EU countries, the EU is now engaged in removing the influence of nation states on the EU's day-to-day decisions – in regard to eg. trade.
All in all not so odd that EU politicians and eurocrats fear the verdict of Europeans. "Europeans are too dangerous for our Europe" as Sarkozy has said! Therefore, the EU and now the German government are preparing for civil war, as the middle class becomes proletarianized. Barroso has called the EU an "empire". No empire has survived its peoples´ hatred and his own fear of its peoples for an unlimited period of time. The EU probably does not care. For there they know, that the EU is just a transitional stage, to give up its sovereignty to a UN world government. The EU Parliament has since 1994 been working for the establishment of a UN Parliamentary Assembly - the world parliament. Therefore the German Finance Minister proposes not a European institution but Rothschild´s IMF to monitor a European economic crisis mechanism.

EUleadersThe EU lost its last shimmer of democracy with the EU Constitution/Lisbon Treaty: The “No”s of France, the Netherlands, and Ireland were disregarded – and through lies, intimidations and corruption a second referendum in Ireland carried the Treaty – a great relief for the EU. As Barroso put it: “It is worth looking back at the negative referenda which derailed the ratification process of the European Constitution. This told us something. It told us that European citizens were worried, about their jobs, their pensions, their education, their quality of life and their environment. And they looked to the EU for answers.”  To this, Bruno Waterfield, EUObserver, remarked: “Only in the crooked world of the Evasion Union can no votes to the European Constitution be interpreted as a popular demand for “answers from the EU”. The agony and anxiety is the prospect that changing the EU treaty could lead to popular votes.
All leaders are absolutely agreed on one thing: There must be no referendums. This is a terrifying possibility, a frightening nightmare scenario for politicians who have premised their austerity measures and bank bailouts on keeping the public at arm’s length. It is a real horror.
So obviously, the Illuminist (explanatory statement) eurocrats and New World Order politicians (see videos on right margin of this blog) fear the “useless European eaters”. Or rather, they detest them. As Pres. Sarkozy said in 2007, “A referendum now would bring Europe into danger. There will be no Treaty if we had a referendum . There is a cleavage between people and governments”.

BlogActiv 2. Nov. 2010: The EU Commission and Council obviously violate the Lisbon Treaty´s demand for opennenss - e.g. in budgetary planning - and intend to go on doing so – according to EU Pres. van Rompuy! Why?

Irish-eu-referendumI. They Fear a new referendum – knowing the EU is the project of the elite against the will of the Europeans
EU Observer 29 Oct. 2010: European leaders have given way to German demands for a change to the European treaties, but the procedure for the change and its size has been calculated explicitly to avoid the danger that it could provoke referendums in some EU states. EU prime ministers and presidents backed "a limited treaty change" to deliver tighter fiscal discipline and allow for the creation of a permanent bail-out fund.

According to diplomats, it is currently unclear whether this new mechanism would involve participation of eurozone members alone or the full 27 EU member states, including those who do not use the euro. Caught between the need for a structural change and their fear of both the activism of Karlsruhe and the growing euroscepticism of citizens, the other leaders signed off on the move only so long as the change envisaged was "the smallest possible … in order to ensure there is no possibility of referendums," in the words of a Danish diplomat speaking to EUobserver.

Merkel: "Change is quantum leap for the Union - but no referendum"!
The method EU leaders chose to achieve the change will be via what is called the "special revision procedure," introduced by the Lisbon Treaty, under which the treaty can be amended by the European Council alone, so long as there is unanimity and the changes do not extend the competences of the European Union (which is exactly the case !). In this way, a full Intergovernmental Conference, normally required ahead of a treaty change, was avoided. "This leaves out the Parliament and the possibility that different countries would come to the table with different things they want to add or take away from the treaty," the Danish diplomat continued. "We had to make sure that we did not open the Pandora's Box." However, this unanimity is not there - will have to be be bought!!

Ms Merkel was quite clear however, that the changes will deliver a "quantum leap" for the Union in terms of economic convergence between member states. Asked about concerns in the UK and the Netherlands about a potential referendum on the treaty changes, Ms Merkel explained: "That's why we have said 'limited changes,' limited to the crisis resolution mechanism that will be the object of it." But, of course the UK has now capitulated to the EU – although outside the euro..

Deutsche Welle 29 Oct. 2010  The leaders asked Van Rompuy to prepare potential changes to the Lisbon Treaty ahead of another EU summit in December. The changes are to be agreed on by Voor-nederlandmid-2013, the expiration date of a 750-billion euro ($1 trillion) fund set up last May to reassure markets about Greece's debt crisis.

EUObserver 2 Nov. 2010: The nightmare scenario of another referendum on a change to the EU treaty in the Netherlands, five years after the country rejected the bloc's proposed constitution, could return to haunt European leaders, with the hard-right Dutch Freedom Party (PVV) of Geert Wilders on Tuesday (2 November) announcing it is considering proposing just such a vote – days after the opposition Socialist Party also called for a referendum. The SP was one of the leaders of the successful No campaign in 2005 that defeated the EU constitution in the country.

II. The EU wants to carry on enlargement and “legalized” Muslim mass immigration – detested by most Europeans
African-labourDe Morgen.Be 27 Okt. 20101,3 out of 3,2 mio. (Muslim) Albanians have applied for  passports for the EU.
EU Parliament 7 Oct. 2010 MEPs have welcomed the outcome of a plenary vote which grants visa-free travel to the EU's Schengen zone for nationals of Albania and Bosnia-Herzegovina. The S&D group said the vote in the mini Brussels plenary brings closer the prospect of EU membership for (Muslim) Albania and Bosnia-Herzegovina. One of its most senior MEPs, Sarah Ludford, said, "It would be a betrayal of a solemn 'road map' promise of long standing for any member state now to block it." Germany  welcomes them!
Comment:  Also, the EU is setting up recruitment offices in Africa to invite 56 mio Africans + their families into the EU by 2050 – and has granted its Euromediterranean Muslim “partner” citizens the EU´s 4 freedoms in return for democratic and economic progress. Morocco has obtained this status, although it is not at all democratic but suppresses the wish for independence of West Sahara, taken over from Spain in 1975.
Of course, our MSM have “forgotten” to inform us about this disastrous increase in EU immigration and islamisation – for EU politicians have publicly leaked that they want this Muslim immigration to destroy and radically change our old societies. The EU bewails a lack of freedom of the media in these Western Balkan countries – and is itself equally short of free media  in the EU !!

III. The EU is just an intermediary step on the way to world government – and the Europeans just do not want that
Since 1994 the EU Parliament has worked hard to have a UN Parliamentary Assembly – the one world government
EU Pres. van Rompuy, 29 Oct. 2010: On the G20 agenda is the IMF reform. European countries make a major effort in favour of emerging countries, in order to strengthen global governance.

Right:This Chaillot Paper by the EU Institute for Security Studies suggests that the next frontier in the future’s improvement process is global governance. This paper foresees that a global ‘constitutional moment’ may appear at the beginning of the 2010s."

EU Press Release 29 Oct. 2010 José Barroso: “We need to have in mind the global context, because the long-term growth of our economy depends also on the health of the global environment. That is why I am glad that the President of the European Council and I, representing the European Union, have received a strong mandate to promote the global governance reforms with our partners in the G20” – the emerging New World Order (Gordon Brown) and the beginning of world governance (EU Pres. van Rompuy).
Earth Times 6 Nov. 2010: German Finance Minister Wolfgang Schaeuble on Saturday fleshed out proposals for a two-tier eurozone crisis mechanism - involving private investors but controlled by the International Monetary Fund (IMF) rather than a European institution, similar to the rescue package devised in response to the Greek debt crisis.

IV. The EU officials and politicians know the Europeans disgust them

Prison Planet 20 Oct. 2010: Nigel Farage in the EU Parliament to José Barroso, Video: “We have not voted for you and we cannot remove you. Let´s have a new Treaty, and let´s put it to a referendum” A clearly infuriated Barroso then only made Farage’s case stronger by reminding him that he was not elected by the people, but rather chosen to head the EC in a “secret” parliament vote – and that Farage belongs to the Parliament.

V. The EU wants to tax Europeans directly and indirectly – even at a global level
EUObserver 21 Oct. 2010MEPs have voted by a vast majority to increase next year's EU budget by 5.9 percent, a move they define as "responsible" despite government spending cuts in member states. The 2011 EU budget proposed by MEPs would include €142.65 billion in commitments and €130.14 billion in payments. Sidonia Jedrzejewska said  the EU was being asked to do more under the Lisbon Treaty. A number of member states have already come out against the commission's proposed list of potential EU self-funding mechanisms that includes an EU tax on aviation and an EU sales tax. Paris declared it was "utterly inappropriate," London said that it would refuse to consider any new tax, and Berlin similarly refused.
Eu-brussels
EurActiv Brussels 20 Oct. 2010: The the Commission proposes an EU Value Added Tax (VAT). Currently Brussels applies a levy on national VATs, which brings in something like €14 billion per year. This would bring to the EU coffers something like €41 billion a year. Fortunately, Chancellor Merkel of Germany says NEIN!
EU Press Release 20 Oct. 2010. Barroso: The EU should remain committed to push for a financial transaction tax at global level and an equitable contribution at EU level, such as a financial activities tax.
RTE News 19 Oct. 2010: The European Commission is trying to find new sources of revenue for the next European Union budget. The EU's executive arm unveiled proposals to collect funds, including taking a share of a financial transaction tax, the auctioning of greenhouse gas emission allowances or an EU charge related to air transport.

Eu_nazi_soviet_VI. The EU wants to enjoy life at the cost of the Europeans without having to bother about European´s indignation and democracy
The Mail 22 Oct. 2010: David Cameron was last night under mounting pressure to block a huge rise in the EU budget – as it emerged it will fund a 90 per cent increase in staff jollies for Brussels bureaucrats, as well as a big increase in the subsidies for their canteens and new cash to promote the EU. .

VII. The EU wants to grasp all power and gives democracy a damnn
The EU was founded by the OSS and its successor, the CIA, with Rockefeller/Ford funding, based on Nazi money, and has – according to USSR dissident, Vladimir Bukovsky - all the characteristics of the Soviet union, so he called it the EUSSR, which explains why the EU is so eager to promulgate Maoist Maurice Strong´s and ex-USSR President, Michael Gorbachev´s Agenda 21.

European Parliament 20 Oct. 2010: MEPs call for a strong pan-European and global regulatory and supervisory system which leaves no financial market, instrument or institution off the record book. The resolution on economic governance broadly backs the Commission's legislative proposals, but goes further: i.a. European monetary fund, so as to make the current European Financial Stability Facility permanent, and European bonds.
EurActiv 5 Nov. 2010: A European Commission proposal to reduce member states' influence on the EU's daily decision-making is facing resistance from a group of countries led by Germany and the UK, who are insisting on keeping a say on trade policy.

Comment
The EU is a colossus on feet of clay. It is preparing its own dissolution to become a province or region under the corporate world government Ltd.– and it is eroding its inner stability through unlimited Muslim immigration, which devours 30% of Denmark´s and Sweden´s national budgets. This culture is incompatible with the secular EU and it concepts of communist Human Rights and bureaucratic legislation, for Allah has given all necessary laws, the EU thus doing sheer blasphemy! The EU is creating a tremendous lack of cohesion, more and more anarchy with incompatible parallel societies – civil wars are being seen on the horizon – even by the EU itself (the Eurogendfor, EUFOR with Lisbon Treaty permission to shoot into demonstrations) and the German government. An empire that fears and hates its own populations can only survive, if it has thoroughly brainwashed them – which the EU system has been doing for years and here – or through suppression, which can go on for a while, but not eternally. No empire – and Barroso has declared the EU to be an empire – in history has survived for ever.
As long as people love their slavery (their wellfare states are now being dismantled) they will stay peaceful. But what if on a large scale they lose their homes and livelihoods, which the EU is now seeing through by its increasing austerity measures? At least it is obvious that the EU is preparing for what they will then do.
Well, what should poor EU do? Dissolve as soon as possible and let each country cope with its own problems (interest adjustment, devaluation), and let independent politicians find appropriate solutions in informal frameworks - without aiming at world government, which would only multiply EU problems

Abstract: Immediately after the Irish "yes" to the Lisbon Treaty, EU leaders are bringing Rothschild´s favourite employee, Tony Blair, into position for the first permanent EU presidency. However this has evoked strong protests from the British tories who are threatening to hold a referendum to take British powers back from Brussels. But since they are also Rothschild-dependent this is probably insignificant.
The EU has conspired with the Irish government for the "Yes" - never respecting the "No" of 2008. Both these parties have transgressed Irish and EU law by interfering with the Irish referendum: Mr. Barroso bribed Irish workers to vote yes. Both sides told false horror tales about the coming poverty in already poor Ireland in case of a "No."
The EU Commission paid with our money a 16-page biassed guide to the Treaty to be inserted in national Irish newspapers. The EU funded the advertisements of the Yes side. Illegal disinformation was given - in particular by the Irish Referendum Commission´s chairman, who under law is obligated to be neutral. He lied about the consequences of the Treaty and did not tell the Irish about the new Lisbon-EU citizenship and its duties. The government illegally used tax-payer money to distribute its pro-Lisbon propaganda by snail mail. The Referendum Commission told nothing about the necessary change of the Irish Constitution and its coming "commitment to the (Lisbon) European Union". This is EU in a nutshell: Intimidation, bribery, lies, concealment, breach  of constitutions.

My open letter to Czech President Václav Klaus

The Observer 4 Oct. 2009: “Tony Blair will be rushed into the Job as the first permanent EU president.”
They are all ready to help Rothschild´s man and Lady Lynn Forrester de Rothschild´s favourite for the top post in the EU, now that the Irish capitulated to the lies of their and EU´s politicians about more poverty, should they once more dare reject the Lisbon Treaty. And his credentials are superb for that job: He Tony-Blair-pres.launched the Interfaith religious  mission Antichrist and was papaya baptized to the New Age religion. For safety´s sake he converted to Catholicism, so as to be a top expert in his real field: To melt all religions together in the Interfaith melting pot un behalf of his illuminist masters, their illuminist EU (explanatory statement) and their satanist UN. But they could be seriously mistaken!

Goodbye democracy – so you will be back, Mr. President, old war monger and war chief, Tony Blair – although many would like to see you before a war crimes tribunal. You have waged more wars of aggression than any other British Prime Minister! In fact you were so hawkish that Pres Clinton had to stop your warmonger rhetoric over Kosovo.

The Times 3 Oct. 2009: William Hague warns European leaders today to expect a backlash if they make Tony Blair the first president of Europe. The Shadow Foreign Secretary told The Times: “There could be no worse way to sell the EU to the people of Britain.”He dangled the prospect of a referendum in Britain to take back powers from Brussels, even if a “yes” vote in the Irish Republic leads to the rapid ratification of the Lisbon treaty. He also indicated that the Conservatives would use a Blair presidency to mobilise opposition in such a vote on Britain’s relationship with Europe.

EU Commission President Barroso bribes the Irish with our money
Smart lbarrossoBreaking News.ie 19 Sept. 2009: Mr. Barroso offered 15 mio euro to the Limerick-workers, who had been given notice at Dell to find new jobs… if…

Unlawful behaviour by the EU Commission
The Daily Telegraph 29. Sept. 2009: The Daily Telegraph has learnt that the legal services of both the Commission and the Council of the EU, which represents governments, expressed reservations over the publication of the “citizens summary” of the Lisbon Treaty. An EU official said: “The lawyers asked if it was right for the commission to produce a summary of Lisbon, before it was ratified and when there was not one for the Constitution.

“The reluctance of some countries, particularly France and Netherlands where the Constitution was rejected, needed to be overcome too because of the similarities between the two texts.” The European Commission has been accused of “unlawful” interference in Ireland’s referendum after paying for a 16-page guide to the Lisbon Treaty to be inserted into national newspapers. Campaigners for a “No” vote have threatened a legal challenge after 1.1 million copies of the European Union booklet were distributed, at a cost to the taxpayer of £139,000.
The guide gives a summary of European Union’s achievements before outlining how the Lisbon Treaty would help improve life in Ireland further. It reads: “Today, members of the EU enjoy a wealth of benefits: a free market with a currency that makes trade easier and more efficient, the creation of millions of jobs, improved workers’ rights, free movement of people and a cleaner environment. “These are major goals. The Lisbon Treaty is designed to give the EU the tools to achieve them.”

Anthony CoughlanNational Platform/Wise up Journal 24 Sept. 2009  Anthony Coughlan’s Letter To Frank Clarke, Chairman of the Referendum Commission
“Dear Mr Justice Clarke

May I take the opportunity  of saying that the current Lisbon referendum, as I presume you have noted,  has been characterized by monstrous illegality on the part of several key parties, as follows:

1. The intervention of the European Commission, which is unlawful under European law, as the Commission has no function in relation to the ratification of new Treaties,  something that is exclusively a matter for the Member States under their own constitutional procedures;

2. The part-funding of the posters and press advertisements  of  most of Ireland’s Yes-side political parties by their sister parties in the European Parliament, even though it is illegal under Irish law to receive donations from sources outside the country in a referendum and when, under EU law, money provided by the European Parliament to cross-national political parties is supposed to be confined to informational-type  material and to avoid direct partisan advocacy. I read that the Green Party has refused such funding from its sister party in the European Parliament on the ground that it is advised that this is illegal under European law .

3. The Government’s unlawful use of public funds in circulating to voters a postcard with details of the so-called “assurances” from the European Council,  followed by a brochure some time later containing a tendentious summary of the provisions of the Lisbon Treaty - both steps being in breach of the Supreme Court’s 1995 judgement in McKenna that it is unconstitutional of the Government to use public money to seek to procure a particular result in a referendum;

4. The failure of your own Referendum Commission to carry out its statutory function under the 1998 and 2001 Referendum Acts of preparing for citizens a statement or statements “containing a general explanation of the subject matter of the proposal (viz. the proposal to amend the Constitution)  and of the text thereof in the relevant Bill”, namely the 28th Amendment of the Constitution Bill 2009.

May I make some points to you and your Referendum Commission colleagues regarding this.

Lissabon-europa i klemmeYour Guide on the Lisbon Treaty  which you have circulated to voters - makes no attempt to inform them about the proposed Constitutional Amendment, despite that being your prime statutory duty and that of your Referendum Commission colleagues under the Referendum Acts. The leaflet and other material which you have made available do not tell citizen-voters  that the new first sentence of the proposed Amendment we shall be voting on  provides that the State “affirms its commitment to the European Union” which would be established by the Lisbon Treaty - a sentence, incidentally,  that was not in the Constitutional Amendment in last year’s referendum - and  you give voters no idea that this is the case or what such a commitment might entail.

You do not inform voters that the second and third sentences of the proposed Amendment make clear that ratifying the Lisbon Treaty would abolish the European Community which Ireland joined in 1973 and  would establish in its place a new European Union on the basis of the Lisbon Treaty which would be constitutionally very different from the European Union that we are currently members of, or what that difference might be.

Nowhere in the Referendum Commission’s information material that you have sent to voters do you advert to the  fact that the Lisbon Treaty would confer on Irish citizens  an “additional” citizenship of the post-Lisbon European Union,  with associated citizens’ rights and duties vis-à-vis that Union, and what the implications of such a change might be.

One would think that there could be be few things more constitutionally important for citizens than being endowed with an additional citizenship. Yet you and your Commission say absolutely nothing about it in the “information” material you have circulated  - in violation of the provisions of the Act which gives you your authority. You say nothing  about how the rights and duties that we would have as real citizens of  the constitutionally  new European Union which the Lisbon Treaty would establish would relate to our rights and duties as Irish citizens in the event of any conflicts arising between the two; or how the “additional” citizenship that Lisbon would endow us with differs from our essentially notional and symbolical EU “citizenship” of today.

Lisbon-try-againIt is clear that such a dereliction of duty on your part and that of your fellow Commissioners amounts to constitutional delinquency of a high order, as well as being a gross misuse of the 4 million euros of public money that you have been entrusted with. It will be interesting to see how future historians assess your actions.

As for yourself personally, instead of doing the job which the Referendum Acts impose on you, you have arrogated to yourself the task of answering questions on the Lisbon Treaty on the radio and in the press,  in which you give your personal opinions and judgements, whereas all statements by the Commission should be collectively agreed by its members, as the Referendum Acts clearly envisage. In no way do the Referendum Acts authorise you to do the “solo runs” on radio and in the press that you have undertaken.  Your predecessor, retired Chief Justice TA Finlay, who was an exemplary chairman of the Referendum Commission between 1998 and 2002, would never have permitted this.

Some of the oral statements you have made, moreover, have been either false or misleading.  From several examples I could give, I quote two. A fortnight ago you accepted in response to a question on Morning Ireland  that the right of Member State governments to “propose” and decide their National Commissioner would be changed by the Lisbon Treaty  into a right to make “suggestions” only,  effectively for the incoming Commission President to decide -  that key person’s appointment being in the gift of the Big States.  You added the rider, however, that you did not think this change was of much consequence.  You must be aware from previous private correspondence that I had with the Referendum Commission on behalf of my colleagues in our EU Research and Information Centre that many people on the No-side consider this be a Lisbon Treaty amendment of considerable consequence.  One way or another, its consequences are clearly a matter of political judgement which it is not your job as Referendum Commission chairman to make.

Last Friday I heard you state on Morning Ireland  that the difference between the “additional” citizenship that we would have of  the post-Lisbon European Union and the notional or symbolical “complementary”  EU citizenship we are said to have today was “of no great consequence” either,  or words to that effect.  Yet the most cursory acquaintance with the constitutional changes which the Lisbon Treaty and the Constitutional Amendment to ratify it would bring about, shows that this is just not true.  Lisbon is the old Treaty establishing a Constitution for Europe, after all, which the French and Dutch rejected in 2005, even if it implements that Constitution for Europe indirectly rather than directly."

Mr. Coughlan´s comments illustrate the ways of the EU to achieve its goals: Concealment, lying, breaches of constitutions – and bribery.

The Lisbon Treaty promotes the Euromediterranean political Union for the Mediterranean.

One may wonder. The Vatican has expressed its dissatisfaction with the failure of the EU, to make a note on the Christian heritage of Europe in the Treaty of Lisbon - as well as its dissatisfaction with the EU's view that abortion is merely a medical issue as any other treatment! Nevertheless, the Vatican did not make use of its great influence on the Catholic Irish against the treaty - only indirectly and vaguely. However, since the Popes have joined the new World Order, and here, there may be no reason to wonder, after all.

Now after the Irish have been intimidated to vote for the disastrous, self-amending Lisbon Treaty and so de Tony-blair-kongefacto contributed to abolishing democracy in Europe we have but one hope: That Mr Václav Klaus and his 17 senators will be able to protract the signature of the Treaty till after the British elections. Unfortunately, even Pres. Klaus seems to be giving in after the Irish No.
The Tories – or at least Mr David Cameron - can certainly win if they promise the Brits a referendum even if the Irish voted yes opportunities and tr– according to this Independent-article: 97% of tories will not accept the contents of the Lisbon Treaty, 84% even wanting a Referendum – and many want to leave the EU. However, you cannot trust the tories, either. They are closely affiliated to Rothschild.

So, the Lisbon Treaty is not yet the constitution of the EU, and does not yet fulfill the desires of the EU illuminists (explanatory statement): To let the whole failed Muslim world into Europe through Turkey and the Euromediterranean Union for the Mediterranean, eg., the EU even being recruiting 56 mio. Africans + their families for EU før 2050  enlarge the EU to the end of the world, fight anybody unwilling to submit to their world governance (see videos on right margin of this blog), their dictatorship with death penalty and wag their tails in consensus to their masters: The money makers.
