Summary: This is an excerpt of Andrew Gavin Marshall´s shocking essay. There is a paradoxe in the New World Order ideology: Officially it is working for the slogan of the French Revolution, its first big one, but in reality it it is a deeply racist movement considering itself to be the master race and the populations of the world to be inferior beings. Being Luciferians, the elitists consider themselves gods, entitled to shape mankind´s genes and minds according to their sick needs. They think the world ends up in chaos without their leadership - order out of chaos, as they say. But first they create chaos, since they own the world due to their incredible wealth. Their modern gurus are the brothers Aldous and Julian Huxley as well as Betrand Russell who introduced the idea of global scientific dictatorship by means of eugenics and by making mankind slaves through mass psychology. But more than that: they are making us love our slavery (welfare state, which they are now dismantling). Once completely established, their dictatorship will be impossible to abolish - for it is so interwoven and thought through, as an illuminist said already in 1781. It is funded by  Rockefeller Foundations, Ford, Carnegie, Mellon, Harriman, and Morgan. It really took in California in the 1920es - and Hitler imitated and further developed the ideas and the system in the Holocaust. After the war, eugenics had to split up into  population control, genetics, environmentalism - and mental hygiene. The UNESCO is deeply involved. The eugenecists are using tools like genetic manipulations, technology (chipping). Their aim is global mind control over a reduced humanity consisting of upgraded individuals - as in cattle breeding.     

The following is an extract of part 1 of an essay by Andrew Gavin Marshall. It is well documented – also by many references. The most bizarre aspect, perhaps, is that all the while the global elite and their bought minions are preaching the slogan of their first big revolution, The French Revolution, they are in fact working hard  to promote exactly the opposite: Servitude, inequality and extinction of the weak. They now call this their New World order (see videos on right margin of this blog). It all started with Mayer Amschel Rothschild of Frankfurt asking the “apostate” Jesuit, Adam Weishaupt, to make an organisation with which Mayer could rule the world by means of money. On May 1, 1776, this secret order for the New World was presented  to Rothschild. Weishaupt called the order the Illuminati, which after the Wilhelmsbad freemason conference in 1781 infiltrated freemasonry – surviving there and outside till this day. On that occasion, Comte de Virieu, a Mason, upon his return home said: "I can only tell you that all this is very much more serious than you think. The conspiracy which is being woven is so well thought out, that it will be impossible for the Monarchy and the Church to escape it." This illuminati movement – today called illuminism by the EU (explanatory statement) has its roots in the “master race” concept of the Pharisaic Talmud, as Mayer Rothschild was a “pious” Talmud Jew.

Award-winning author and researcher, Edwin Black, wrote an authoritative history of eugenics in his book, “War Against the Weak,” in which he explained that, “the incremental effort to transform eugenics into human genetics forged an entire worldwide infrastructure,” with the founding of the Institute for Human Genetics in Copenhagen in 1938, led by a Rockefeller Foundation eugenicist. It was financed with money from the Rockefeller Foundation. While not abandoning the eugenics goals, the new re-branded eugenics movement “claimed to be eradicating poverty and saving the environment.” 
 
The story of humanity has been the struggle between the free-thinking individual and structures of power controlled by elites that seek to dominate land, resources and people. The greatest threat to elites at any time – historically and presently – is an awakened, critically thinking and politically stimulated populace.
The tools and systems of social control are vast and evasive; they penetrate the very psychology and biology of the individual. The elite feel that they are entrusted – due to their supposed ‘innate’ superior intelligence and specialization – to control society and reshape it as they see fit, to actively mold and construct public opinion and ideas. They have a belief that people are essentially irrational emotional beings, and that they must be controlled by an elite or else the world would be in chaos. This is what underpins the ideas of ‘stability’ and ‘order’.

The Technological Revolution, especially the internet, has fostered an Information Revolution which has fed a global political awakening.
Simultaneously, the Technological Revolution has led to free humanity being faced with the dominating threat of a truly global elite, who have at their hands the technology to impose a truly global system of control: a global scientific dictatorship increasingly having the ability to control the very biology and psychology of the individual . 

In 1932, Aldous Huxley wrote his “Brave New World,” in which he looked at the emergence of the scientific dictatorships of the future. In his 1958 essay, “Brave New World Revisited,” Huxley examined how far the world had come in that short period since his book was published, and where the world was heading. Huxley wrote that: In economics, the equivalent of a beautifully composed work of art is the smoothly running factory in which the workers are perfectly adjusted to the machines. Huxley explained that, “The twenty-first century, I suppose, will be the era of World Controllers, the scientific caste system and Brave New World.”

In a 1962 speech at UC Berkeley, Huxley spoke primarily of the ‘Ultimate Revolution’ that focuses on ‘behavioural controls’ of people:  If you are going to control any population for any length of time, you must bring in an element of of getting people to consent to what is happening to them. We are in process of developing a whole series of techniques, which will enable the controlling oligarchy – who have always existed and will presumably always exist – to get people to love their servitude…
I think there are going to be scientific dictatorships in many parts of the world. If you can get people to consent to the state of servitude – then you are likely to have a much more stable, a much more lasting society; much more easily controllable society than you would if you were relying wholly on clubs, and firing squads and concentration camps.

In 1952, Bertrand Russell wrote the book, “The Impact of Science on Society. Russell explained that: I think the subject which will be of most importance politically is mass psychology.  Its importance has been enormously increased by the growth of modern methods of propaganda. Of these the most influential is what is called ‘education’. Religion plays a part, though a diminishing one; the Press, the cinema and the radio
What is essential in mass psychology is the art of persuasion.  I see no reason why a scientific dictatorship’  should be unstable. After all, most civilised and semi-civilised countries known to history have had a large class of play an increasing part. slaves or serfs completely subordinate to their owners. When the government controls the distribution of food, its power is absolute so long as it can count on the police and the armed forces. And their loyalty can be secured by giving them some of the privileges of the governing class. I do not see how any internal movement of revolt can ever bring freedom to the oppressed in a modern scientific dictatorship.

Fichte laid it down that education should aim at destroying free will, so that, after pupils have left school, they shall be incapable, throughout the rest of their lives, of thinking or acting otherwise than as their schoolmasters would have wished... Diet, injections, and injunctions will combine, from a very early age, to produce the sort of character and the sort of beliefs that the authorities consider desirable, and any serious criticism of the powers that be will become psychologically impossible. Even if all are miserable, all will believe themselves happy, because the government will tell them that they are so. Russell later proclaimed in his book that, “a scientific world society cannot be stable unless there is a world government and here (established 2009 according to EU Pres. van Rompuy).

In 1961, President Eisenhower warned of the dangers to democracy posed by the military-industrial complex: the interconnected web of industry, the military, and politics creating the conditions for constant war. He also warned that public policy could itself become the captive of a scientific-technological elite.

In 1970, Zbigniew Brzezinski wrote about “the gradual appearance of a more controlled and directed society,” in the “technetronic revolution”; explaining: Such a society would be dominated by an elite whose claim to political power would rest on allegedly superior scientific know-how. Unhindered by the restraints of traditional liberal values, this elite would not hesitate to achieve its political ends by using the latest modern techniques for influencing public behavior and keeping society under close surveillance and control.

Many sciences and large social movements are directed by the same foundations and money that financed the eugenics movement in the early 20th century. The Rockefeller Foundations, Ford, Carnegie, Mellon, Harriman, and Morgan money that flowed into eugenics led directly to ‘scientific racism,’ and ultimately the Holocaust in World War II. Following the Holocaust, Hitler had discredited the eugenics movement he admired so much in America. So the movement branched off into forming several other social engineering projects: population control, genetics, and environmentalism, and here and here and here - as well as mental hygiene. 

Major environmental and conservation organizations were founded with Rockefeller and Ford Foundation money which then continued to be central sources of funding to this day; while the World Wildlife Fund (WWF) was founded in 1961 by Sir Julian Huxley, Aldous Huxley’s brother, who was also the President of the British Eugenics Society. Sir Julian Huxley also happened to be the first Director-General of the UNESCO (United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organisation). In 1946, Huxley wrote a paper titled, “UNESCO: It’s Purpose and its Philosophy.” In it, he wrote that the general focus of UNESCO is to help the emergence of a single world culture, with its own philosophy and background of ideas. This is opportune, since this is the first time in history that the scaffolding and the mechanisms for world unification have become available….It is essential that eugenics should be brought entirely within the borders of science, for, as already indicated, in the not very remote future the problem of improving the average quality of human beings is likely to become urgent; and this can only be accomplished by applying the findings of a truly scientific eugenics. Thus low-grade mental defectives cannot be offered equality of educational opportunity, nor are the insane equal with the sane before the law or in respect of most freedoms. Many of these “genetic inequalities” revolve around the idea of intellectual superiority.” It just so happens that elites who propagate this ideology, also happen to view the masses as intellectually inferior; thus, there can be no social equality in a world with a technological intellectual elite.  Eugenics is about the social organization and control of humanity. Ultimately, eugenics is about the engineering of inequality. In genetics, elites found a way to take discrimination down to the DNA.

In a 2001 issue of Science Magazine, Garland Allen, a scientific historian, wrote about genetics as a modern form of eugenics. The term eugenics was coined in 1883 by the Victorian polymath Francis Galton, geographer, statistician, and first cousin of Charles Darwin. It meant to him "truly- or well-born," and referred to a plan to encourage the "best people" in society to have more children (positive eugenics) and to discourage or prevent the "worst elements" of society from having many, if any, children (negative eugenics). 

For the wealthy benefactors that supported eugenics, such as the Carnegie, Rockefeller, Harriman, and Kellogg philanthropies, eugenics provided a means of social control in a period of unprecedented upheaval and violence.

John D Rockefeller III founded the Population Council in 1952 – funded by the Rockefeller Brothers Fund. It is rooted in the eugenics movement – and works for “reproductive health”, which means contraception. But the Rockefeller family has a long story of support for eugenics – funding Hitler´s Chief Eugenecist, Ernst Rüdin, extensively. Thus, in 1934 (February) a Rockefeller "progress report" (by one of the division heads) asks, "Can we develop so sound and extensive a genetics that we can hope to breed, in the future, superior men?"

Free humanity faces the most monumental decision we have ever been presented with: do we feed and fuel the global political awakening into a true human psycho-social revolution of the mind, creating a new global political economy which empowers and liberates all of humanity; or… do we fall silently into a ‘brave new world’ of a global scientific oppression, the likes of which have never before been experienced, and whose dominance would never be more difficult to challenge and overcome?
We are not powerless before this great ideational beast. We have, at our very fingertips the ability to use technology to re-shape the world so that it benefits the peoples and not simply the powerful.

This is even more sinister. The ruling elite is about to steal our very souls, making us posthuman robots – by mean of devilish, weird technology and genetics.  Also see this shocking post and in particular its video. Avoid future vaccinations. 40  US billionaires incl. the depopulation champions Warren Buffett, David Rockefeller, Bill Gates and Ted Turner will now give half their fortunes away for for "charity". Rockefeller works through his  (De)Popuplaion Council.  Bill Gates declares that he will use vaccines to reduce world population  - and is investing heavily in vaccines.

 The forces trying to change mankind according to its own Luciferian needs are hating mankind. In fact their number does not exceed 7.000 – but they are in control of nearly everything due to their incredible wealth: They have simply bought the world and made its inhabitants their slaves. Even more incredible that mankind puts up with it. But since the elite own the the media the masses have no idea about what is going on – nor where they are being pushed – towards the slaughterhouse. It even seems that Aldous Huxley was right: mankind has come to love its servitude – so far called the welfare state – which is now rapidly being taken away. But of course  people will put up with that, too. And if they don´t, it will be a bloody affair, first gendarmerie forces (Eurogendfor)– then military forces having the permission to shoot demonstraters – in the EU as a consequence of the Lisbon Treaty which was dictatorially passed in spite of its rejection by the populations.
All this being said, there is a problem with an explosive population increase in the LDCs – in particular the Muslim ones. And this problen is being actively increased by the elite encouraging the LDC birth surplus to lap into the developed countries to destroy them utterly. The paradoxical thing is that the European intelligence that developed the world is due to be extinguished in LDC populations demographically bound to take over and change the developed world into LDCs. Maybe because these uneducated people are easier to govern. The elite is also making our educational system mere junk. So, why do the elitist want good genes? The answer is: They don´t. The want racial hygiene. They want no genes but their own kind to survive – as shown in a subsequent post

Summary: The "elite" are not happy with us as we are. They see themselves as gods and promise us, too, divinity through genetic engineering and technologies over time - eg. artificial intelligence, which is many times larger than our natural intelligence - as well as eternal life here on Earth! The transhumanist movement has its origins in elitist and eugenic Julian and Aldous Huxley's fantasies on the Brave New World - as well as George Orwell's grim prophecy "1984" on a global police state that regulates everything and everyone. In order to prepare the youth for the future transhumanist brainwashing, conditioning by means of psychotropic drugs and chipping, which Obama's healthcare reform paves the way for, as well as the final goal: to change the world's population into elements of a global computer where everybody is linked to each other - and who therefore can all be controlled, the entertainment industry has started a massive influence on our youth with trans-and post-humanist ideals of satanistic connotation. Here Batman is given as an example of a super human, Spiderman / Ironman as the transhumanist and Superman as a posthumanist. The elitist ideal for us is the bee-hive, where nearly all are standardized workers - and a few command the empty-headed bunch. Behind it all lies a carefully planned psychological warfare strategy by the elite, who is overwhelming us with cognitive dissonance - contradictory ideas that lead us to bend ourselves after the most practical idea, ie. that of the elite. When the bombardment of sex and violence has gone on long enough, we become conditioned, numb, and violence and oppression of dissidents can continue without protests. Think of the immigrant / left-wing violence in everyday assaults, rapes, shooting and stabbing episodes on our streets - and in our homes as well as the drug epidemic. This is Satanic. Fantasy? Just look at what Hitler and Stalin achieved with old-fashioned brainwashing propaganda. The movie "Matrix" shows that we are already so far - and that people do not want to leave the collective linked quagmire.

Since then, I am noticing that every one seems to accept tolerance to be the highest virtue of mankind – meaning the concept of good and evil has lost any sense. A wing of a major corporation that can build or get whatever he needs. He represents ideals: law, order, self-control, and justice. But he still gets sick, has indigestion, heals slowly and imperfectly, ages, and will die There are two  ways one could significantly overcome the limits of biology: through external but integrated 1. technology or by 2. directly altering biology. Thus, Iron Man and Spider-Man (now new film) together represent the two  sides of the transhuman coin. Spider-Man is a biological transhuman. Despite Batman’s intense training and physical prowess, Spider-Man is simply stronger, better, and faster because of his altered biology. Iron Man is unquestionably the representative of technological transhumanity. Iron Man is orders of magnitude stronger than Batman,  he can fly. As Iron Man, Stark becomes a one man army. Comment: The US states of Arizona and Louisiana have legislation against combining  animal and human genes! Superman´s aging is slowed. He shoots lasers from his eyes, flies unaided, and lifts mountains. Superman isn’t transhuman, he is posthuman.

In the future, we will see unimginable brain upgrading by means of enforced chipping - non-chipped persons will lag hopelessly behind - and mankind will be robots dancing to the tune of the New World Order elite.

Cognitive Dissonance
Humans are depicted as stuttering, broken, helpless machines that are inferior in every way to the machines. In contrast, the machines are depicted as benevolent and good, and they are shown helping humans to become more perfect beings…This is a good example of cognitive dissonance, which is another powerful aspect of psychological warfare in mass media. Cognitive dissonance occurs when a person perceives a logical inconsistency in his beliefs, when one idea implies the opposite of another. The dissonance might be experienced as guilt, anger, frustration, or embarrassment.” The theory of cognitive dissonance proposes that people have a motivational drive to reduce dissonance by changing their attitudes, beliefs, and behaviors, or by justifying or rationalizing them.
In the film Fergie is unconscious and experiences how she and her acquaintances, who do not seem to have any foundation in life, are dancing and shooting, alongside  with borgs, that the empty humans become borgs, dancing on a borg graveyard - and in the end the black borg, which apparently is opposed to the transhumans on their march towards becoming posthumans, is killed by the good white borg, who wishes everybody a long and good borglife as robots.

But first: What is transhumanism?
It is a highly organized and well financed movement that is extremely focused on subverting and replacing every aspect of what we are as human beings – including our physical biology, the individuality of our minds and purposes of our lives – and the replacement of all existing religious and spiritual beliefs with a new religion of their own – which is actually not new at all. The term ‘Transhumanism‘ was coined by biologist Julian Huxley in 1957, who defined it as “man remaining man, but trans­cending himself, by realizing new possibilities of and for his human nature.” Julian Huxley was the brother of Aldous Huxley (both freemasons), who you may know was the author of the very famous book, “Brave New World“, which is a vision of the future that most people view as “The New World Order and  here” (along with the book “1984“, by George Orwell) – a depressing future police state world and here in which a one world government uses technology and brutal military/police forces to control everyone and everything. The founders of Transhumanism, were highly educated and wealthy individuals of primarily British and European descent. These individuals were what we would call people of the elite, ruling class of society, and their views were absolutely elitist, if not outright totalitarian and fascist in nature.

One of the key concepts of old school Transhumanism was the elitist pseudoscience of Eugenics, or “racial hygiene“, which is a concept that still exists today in the modern, shiny, high-tech version of what is adoringly called Transhumanism, Human+, or H+,  In fact, they already do have substantial wealth and power, and are working very hard to impose this Transhumanist agenda on our world – whether we like it or not.

Transhumanists believe they are working toward a new and improved existence, leaving everything we have known in the dust bin of history, welcoming a new “Golden Age” of superbeings. They want to become an entirely new species using radically advanced technology.

The Hive Mind
“Hive Mind: A type of collective consciousness where individuality is stifled; a state of conformity;”  Sir Charles Galton Darwin, the relative of Charles Darwin, who founded the theory of evolution:  “There might be a drug, which, without other harmful effects, removed the urgency of sexual desire, and so, reproduced in humanity the status of workers in a beehive.” This Human Beehive concept has been envisioned by the ruling elite class throughout history as the ideal society. The ultimate slave race, scientifically designed to conform, obey and serve the needs of the elite – worker bees who do not question or rebel.

Uploading Your Mind
The Hive Mind, or Singularity, that they are working toward, will occur, they believe, when technology exists that will allow humans to “upload their minds” to an artificial memory device, a sort of global hard drive, so that the combined intelligence of all our minds will create this new collectively linked superintelligence that is the Singularity, or Hive Mind, that can be centrally controlled.

The Cult of Transhumanism
 “Instead of meekly worshiping fictional gods, or blindly dismissing the ideals they represent, we should seek to become godlike ourselves. The body is weak, but the mind can be forever In a computer). People may die, but they can be preserved and resurrected. We can create heaven on earth by  becoming gods and having eternal life through technology-  BEING gods – and therefore reject God, entirely. This is the Luciferian doctrine. 

Pragmatic Morality
The Transhumanist idea that they call Pragmatic Morality, is simply a recycled and renamed version of the oldest deception in the world – that there is no good or evil.
Here is how this concept applies to the beliefs of the cult of Transhumanism: “Ethics and morals must serve, or at least not stand in the way of, boundless self-actualization.  Traditional morality is something to be overcome. There is no ‘Good’ and ‘Evil’;  There is only rational self-interest, and those too timid and ignorant to pursue it. This simple worldview is a key step towards achieving enlightenment and transcendence.”

The Patron Saint of Transhumanism
According to Extropian philosopher Max More, “"Lucifer’  (Lightcarrier, Isaiah 14:12–14) is the embodiment of reason, of intelligence, of critical thought. He stands against the dogma of God and all other dogmas. He stands for the exploration of new ideas and new perspectives in the pursuit of truth.” He is also the archetypal iconoclast, rebel, and adversary (‘Satan’); in original Jewish usage [see the book of Job], Satan is the adversary, not of God, but of mankind; i.e., the angel charged by God with the task of proving that mankind is an unworthy creation). In the transtopian context, Lucifer represents ambition, rebellion, rational enlightenment, and the dark side of Transhumanism.

Selling Transhumanism to the Masses using Psychological Warfare
Psychological Warfare (PSYWAR) is defined by the U.S. Department of Defense as: “The planned use of propaganda and other psychological actions having the primary purpose of influencing the opinions, emotions, attitudes, and behavior…of groups in such a way as to support the…objectives.”“Various techniques are used, by any set of groups, and aimed to influence a target audience’s value systems, belief systems, emotions, motives, reasoning, or behavior.”
This is often referred to as “winning hearts and minds“, or similarly, “Capture their minds and their hearts and souls will follow.”
There are vey sophisticated subconscious manipulated methods to influence through propaganda and ads mentioned like false metacommunication, double binds, duplicity, cognitive dissonance.

Exposure and Desensitization
Over time, when we are exposed to images of graphic violence, sexuality or ideas utilizing combinations of such images (cognitive dissonance) we slowly become desensitized to these ideas - just as skin tolerance increases to UV light by gradually browning.

But, in the case of mass media and the desensitization of our minds, there is nothing good or beneficial about the way that we are being systematically desensitized to accept a variety of destructive and dangerous ideas. Transhumanist ideas  are one example of this – humans becoming more like robots, and robots becoming more like humans.

The "Imma Bee" film is being analysed and explained. "And, this is also just another version of the typical Hollyweird forced “happy ending”, to give the many clueless viewers the illusion of relief after the hurricane of cognitive dissonance. The twist here is that most viewers probably don’t realize that they have just watched their own race being killed here, and replaced by the Transhumanist vision of superintelligent, superhuman beings. This ending shows how powerful and effective these tools of Psychological Warfare truly are."

Comment
This business of wanting to possess the “hearts and minds” of the slaves has become possible by more and more sophisticated brainwashing. The new thing is the belief in technology – now being promoted by e.g. Obama´s Health Care legislation. As stated above the illuminists consider themselves to be gods – with the right and capability to recreate mankind to their liking – i.e. to the bee hivemind so well known from Nazi Germany, the collective mass that just like animals have no other needs than to eat and have sex and to cringe to their divine masters – their number being kept down in the future – just as hunters keep the stock of game at a suitably low level. This is Luciferian, a foolish belief in what Lucifer in the shape of the serpent promised Eve in Gen. 3:5. Therefore, they honour Lucifer – as can be seen in the UN — and the EU even today – promoted by the Satanist brotherhood of the technocrats. This is Lucifer´s endgame – and he is very busy, for he knows that his time is short (Rev. 12:12). He is personified by the illuminists of his New World Order and rejoices over his many minions in the course of history who let themselves be transformed into empty shells, tin soldiers only containing ambition, greed, or just unconditioned obedience to Mammon or unjust rulers – bending their perceptions of good and evil to what is most practical. As Edward Griffin describes: The film, Matrix, portrays a future in which the world has been taken over by computers and machines that cultivate human bodies to plug their brains into a global network where they serve as computing assets. They are unaware of their true state because they are programmed to experience a virtual reality in which they believe they are living a pleasant and normal life - which only exists in their minds. And people do not want to leave their matrix and return to reality. Fantasy? Just look at what Hitler and Stalin achieved with old-fashioned brainwashing propaganda.

This may be the uncanniest thing you ever read!
Summary: The "Body Snatchers" now call themselves trans-human and have been draining our souls out of us with the Rockefeller-funded mental health brainwashing. Now they are planning to fill our vacuum with a chip, so we become posthuman. Everybody is said to have such a chip in the brain by 2030. This provides an artificial intelligence and enables to learn a new language within a few seconds. Who will not be chipped, but wants to remain human, will definitely be a loser. These post-human hybrids between human and computer can be remote-controlled and monitored - and are just as amoral as the New World Order. The scientific journal, "The Cambridge Quarterly of Healthcare and Ethics," sees this as very likely and it sees amazing opportunities to transform humanity. Others see this as the end of humanity. Now implantation of chips under the skin is being carried out, and Obama's Health Care Bill expresses the implantation of the chip as a condition for coverage in case of sickness. Nicholas Rockefeller wants everybody to be brain-chipped, so the bank emperors can control them. Our descendants are said to no longer be human beings - and their souls will be completely gone - replaced by computers.

What is transhumanism and the transhuman?
A transhuman is a human in transition. We are transhuman to the extent that we seek to become posthuman and take action to prepare for a posthuman future. This involves learning about and making use of new technologies that can increase our capacities and life expectancy, questioning common assumptions, and transforming ourselves ready for the future, rising above outmoded human beliefs and behaviors.

Julian Huxley’s book written in 1956, New Bottles For New Wine, contains the essay "TRANSHUMANISM" which sets out to explain how humans must establish a better environment for themselves. He also alludes to a new species that the human might eventually become.  Dr. Max More first published the term "transhumanism" as a philosophy in 1990. The difference in Huxley’s transhumanism and More’s transhumanism is that Huxley states "man remaining man but transcending himself." Transhumanism as defined by More explains the overcoming of human limits and the transformation from being human to becoming posthuman.

Julian Huxley and Hitler had principally the same thoughts about eugenics: The weak must disappear - or the race decays. Hitler killed millions - Huxley´s thoughts are killing mankind.  Hitler died in disgrace, Huxley was knighted and became UNESCO´s Director General..

Dr. Max More (in Extropy The Journal of Transhumanist Thought #6, 1990) "Transhumanism is a class of philosophies that seek to guide us towards a posthuman condition. Transhumanism shares many elements of humanism, including a respect for reason and science ( basis of Luciferianism). "Our descendants will in many ways no longer be 'human' (Dr. Robin Hanson)."

What is a posthuman?   "Posthuman" is a term used by transhumanists to refer to what humans could become if we succeed in using technology to remove the limitations of the human condition. No one can be certain exactly what posthumans would be like (there may be many differing types, and they may continuing changing) but we can understand the term by contrasting it with "human": Posthumans would be those who have overcome the biological, neurological, and psychological constraints built into humans by the evolutionary process. Posthumans would have a far greater ability to reconfigure and sculpt their physical form and function; they would have an expanded range of refined emotional responses, and would possess intellectual and perceptual abilities enhanced beyond the purely human range. Posthumans would not be subject to biological ageing or degeneration. It would be unrealistic to expect posthumans to be "perfect" by our standards. What we can reasonably say is that posthumans would have greater potential for good or bad, just as humans have greater potential than other primate species.

Many transhumanists find it highly plausible that posthumans would be partly or wholly postbiological – the personalities of biological humans having been transferred "into" (or gradually replaced by) more durable, modifiable, faster, and more powerful bodies and thinking hardware. Some of the disciplines that transhumanists currently expect to play a role in allowing us to become posthuman include genetic engineering, neural-computer integration, biomedicine and nanobiotechnology, regenerative medicine, and the cognitive sciences.

Approved by the FDA, a class II implantable device is a "implantable radio frequency transponder system for patient identification and health information and any other data deemed appropriate by the Secretary."

This sort of device would be implanted in the majority of people who opt to become covered by the public health care option.   Eventually everyone will be implanted with a chip.

Summary: According to the insider, George Hunt, Rothschilds New World Order has been in control of  the environmental movement since its birth in 1972. The  CO2 madness has now reached the point that individual, personal CO2 budgets are being proposed  - which can only be administered through nano-chip implantation (underway) that can detect and influence individual behavior. First, I would ask you to listen carefully to this video. George Hunt was a participant at the Wilderness Conferences in 1987 and 1991 – he knows the New World Order elite personally. Here, in 1992, he tells us about his experiences.

In this video from 28:55 min.  Maurice Strong praises Edmund de Rothschild as the pioneer in associating environmentalism and finance. From 30:50 min. Edmund de Rothschild puts forward some interesting remarks:1. CO2 is the cause of a postulated greenhouse effect. He suggests CO2 to be transformed to dry ice and shipped to the poles to keep the temperature there low!! 2. This means money, he says!! 3. He suggests a second Marshall plan for saving the rubel. The sum was 44 bn dollars, which was delivered to the Soviet Union from the West by Rothschild´s newly openly reopened Bank in Frankfurt. 4. He pleads for stable development (today = sustainability, a communist concept). Without debate the principles of Rothschild´s plan were made part of the UN´s environmental policy.
However, Maurice Strong told George Hunt, that a small group of leaders at the WEF at Davos wanted the rich polluting countries to reduce their CO2–pollution. But they agreed that western governments would not accept that. So, to save the planet, these leaders agreed that it might be their duty to make world economy collapse!!!

Each person on earth would only be able to produce about 110 tons of CO2 between 2010 and 2050, regardless whether they live in Berlin or Beijing. An average German emits about 11 tons per year, meaning that his "budget" would be used up within 10 years. “We came up with a scheme whereby industrialized nations can buy emission quotas from countries with lower levels of CO2 output. The money made through this global trade in emissions could then be put towards financing environmentally friendly technology and developments in those countries. The industrialized nations would have to pay Up to €100 billion ($142 billion) annually.”
Comment: Oddly, on 9 Aug. the EU offered exactly this sum – but the underdeveloped countries rejected: They want 700 bn dollars instead!! This is the communist idea presented  by the UN Secretary General recently. It is somehow the 2. Marshall plan proposed by Edmund de Rothschild. The plan was relaunched in 1992 by Al Gore.

The story is also described  in Walter Langer´s Book “The Mind of Hitler,” (Wikipedia) which also has it from Thyssen. Just rumours – or what?

Rothschild makes more and more attempts to take over, rule and dictate world economy – as they started to do after Nathan Rothschild cheated the London Stock Exchange after Napoleon´s defeat in 1815: Rothschild´s speedy messenger reported to Rothschild that Napoleon had been defeated. But what the adviser of the German Government proposes would mean the end of our freedom: Big Brother will watch your use of car, train, bus, aircraft, ships, electricity, petrol/gasoline, in its extreme consequence even your every movement: do you walk, do you run, do you bike ? – your CO2 production being dependent on it, your food (vegetables or meat) etc. Actually, this can only be done by implanting a sender/receiver nanochip in your brain – without which chip you are doomed to be an absolute loser! See this shocking video on US corporate and government engineered transhumanism, i.e. the survival of the fittest, in which also Aldous Huxley speaks about his “Brave New World”. Besides, this is Orwellian, it is the ultimate robbery of our personal belongings, spiritual and material.

We like to think we are living in democratic societies, that our votes decide by whom we are to be governed – and that we can just choose another politician, if our elected man does not please us! But could it be that no matter whom we elect the policy will inevitably by and large be the same, because we are being manipulated into certain needs and only elect “politicians” who promise to give us those things. Welfare, change, e.g.!!! However, if the “politicians” follow largely identical programmes – who then chooses the candidates for us? The parties and our representatives in them? Hardly. Money for propaganda is decisive for the election outcome.

The candidates chosen by parties are conformists who are able to be moulded by their party leaders to accept the superior consensus of the party, i.e. of the political system of the country – meaning the New World Order. At all levels loyal  candidates to the money makers, the corporations, are presented to us and made just our choice!!

Wikipedia  David J. Rothkopf (born 24 December 1955) is a visiting scholar at the Carnegie Endowment for International Peace, specializing in U.S. foreign policy and economic strategy, as well as an international business consultant and professor. He served as the Deputy Undersecretary of Commerce for International Trade during the administration of Bill Clinton. After leaving Commerce, Rothkopf became managing director of Kissinger and Associates in January 1996. So this man does know the leaders of the world intimately.

The Superclass by David Rothkopf, WOZ 25 June 2009: A book about those 5000 to 7000 in power, so the estimate of the author of this world. They have a lot of money, lots of power and exclusive contacts. These three things make  a member of the super class, not one must be missing. David Roth, former Deputy Secretary of State in the administration of Bill Clinton, and later manager, entrepreneur and political advisor, writes about a world in which he lived at least temporarily. He has visited many of those in power, or he knew them and their stories already: Clinton, David Rockefeller, Henry Kissinger, speculators, billionaires, think tanks - and fits the description of these encounters into an anatomy of the global power elite. Rothkopf says his concern is "the glaring unequal distribution of power and possession in the world." It is just a fact that about a thousand billionaires inside this world own "almost twice as much as the poorest 2.5 billion people." In essence, however, his concern is mainly "the unequal distribution of power»

Rothkopf is trying to answer the question of whom the world belongs to. This class with its few thousand members, although distributed over the whole globe are  connected "by many threads: business associations, investment, Board members, old school friends, exclusive residential districts." They meet often, flying in their private jets to the World Economic Forum in Davos, to the security conference in Munich, to the Bilderberg meetings or those of the Trilateral Commission. Everybody knows each other. The class lives in its own "imaginary country". The Same interests hold this class together, it is their social glue. And the German sociologist Hans-Peter Müller adds that these same interests,  provide "for a silent consensus in the ruling class and a remarkable organizational and conflict ability". Rothkopf: "The result is an amazing concentration of power in a small circle of decision makers, among the best networked."

This book refutes the idea that the modernization of societies and their (formal) democratization have limited the power of the elites Rothkopf makes the allegedly invisible hand of the market of corporations, institutions and market-friendly governments visible that govern the markets.  Rothkopf´ book describes not only the powerful, it also describes the decline of democracy.

More About Rothkopf´s ”Superclass”: On an ever-growing list of issues, the big decisions are being made or profoundly influenced by a little-understood international network of business, financial, government, cultural and military leaders who are beyond the reach of American voters.
In addition to top officials, these people include corporate executives, leading investors, top bankers, media moguls, heads of state, generals, religious leaders, heads of terrorist and criminal organizations and a handful of important cultural and scientific figures. Each of these roughly 6,000 individuals is set apart by their power and ability to regularly influence millions of lives across international borders. The group is not monolithic, but none is more globalized or has more influence over the direction in which the global era is heading.

Just look at the current financial crisis. As government regulators have sought to head off further market losses, they've found that perhaps the most effective tool at their disposal is what the president of the New York Federal Reserve Bank described to me as their "convening power" — their ability to get the big boys of Wall Street and world financial capitals into a room or on a conference call to collaborate on solving a problem. This has, in fact, become a central part of crisis management, both because national governments have limited regulatory authority over global markets and because financial flows have become so large that the real power lies with the biggest players — such as the top 50 financial institutions that control almost $50 trillion in assets, by one measure nearly a third of all assets worldwide.

Most major companies are both bigger and more global today, which effectively makes them able to pick and choose among various governments' regulatory regimes or investment incentive programs. They play officials in country X against those in country Y, gaining leverage that makes the old rules of trade obsolete. The world's biggest corporations, such as Exxon or Wal-Mart, have annual sales (and thus financial resources) that rival the gross domestic product of all but the 20 or so wealthiest nations. The top 250 companies in the world have sales equal to about a third of global GDP (these are very different measures, but they give a rough sense of relative size).

The people who run these big international organizations can have much more power over key aspects of your daily life and over global trends than most officials in Washington are likely to have, except in the most extreme circumstances. They can affect investments and job creation, shape culture and influence lawmakers. The Federal Reserve Bank has played a critical role in the financial crisis, but it couldn't have intervened successfully without a financial leader like Jamie Dimon, chief executive of J.P. Morgan Chase, which stepped in to purchase the (technically – because of the Fed´s mark-to market rule) failing investment bank Bear Stearns.

For years, financial elites have argued that markets should self-regulate even as instruments grew more complex and risks more opaque. Then, when a crisis came, they used their influence to get top government officials to come in and help cauterize their self-inflicted wounds, warning of a "systemic failure." But critics are already correctly charging that new regulations to rein in global markets are largely protecting the interests of the richest.

Global research 25 June 2009: The Consumer Price Index ran a computer analysis of every high-interest loan reported by the industry to the U.S. government from 2005 through 2007, a period that marks the peak and collapse of the subprime market. From this pool of 7.2 million loans, CPI investigators identified the top subprime lenders. They labeled them as the “Subprime 25” that were responsible for nearly a trillion dollars of subprime lending, or 72 percent of all reported high interest loans (3). The “Subprime 25”, which are mostly no longer in business, were largely non-bank retail lenders that needed outside financing to make their subprime loans. The Center’s study found that at least 21 of these “Subprime 25” lenders were either owned outright by the biggest banks or former investment houses, or had their subprime lending hugely financed by those banks, either directly or through lines of credit. In other words, the largest American and European banks made the bubble in subprime lending possible by financing it on the front end, so they could reap the huge rewards from securitizing and selling mortgage-backed securities on the back end (3).

According to the CPI investigation, the mega-banks not only invested in subprime lending institutions, but they were the enablers, bankrollers, and instigators driving high-interest lending, and they did so because it was so lucrative and unregulated. Worse, in many instances these are the same financial institutions the government is now bailing out with tax revenues. The report will also give the readers an insight into the purchasing of a president, and a clue why Bush Jr. and Obama have rushed to bail out the financial giants.

The next logical question would be: Is there a correlation between the amount of contributions by the bankers and the election of a president? I would definitely say, yes. The investment bankers attempt to finance both sides of the existing parties; however, if you look at the numbers below, you will be forced to deduce that the candidate who receives the most money from them will be the prospective winner. As a result the commodity we think we elected is actually a product that was already pre-purchased and decided for us. Ironically, master propagandist Edward Bernays stated in his famous book, Propaganda, the following: “A presidential candidate may be “drafted” in response to “overwhelming demand,” but it is well known that his name may be decided upon by a half dozen men sitting around the table in a hotel room.”

Then follows the amount of the money that was contributed to candidates from the subprime 25 Top Recipients of Securities and Investment Company Contributions. 2007-2008: In the given list, Obama got by far the most funding 2007–2008.

It must be very frustrating, disappointing, and desolating when the regular person finally comes to the realization that the system he thought he was a part of depends mostly on money. That explains the general apathy and cynicism that the public has experienced toward politics and politicians. However, apathy leads to inaction, which makes the elite more powerful. Frustrating and confusing the populace is an excellent strategy to engender more apathy in their hearts, and to keep them alienated and at a distance from the daily political decisions.

Meanwhile, the people go back to their busy lives embodied in their multiple jobs, cumbersome debts and taxes, futile entertainment, and overwhelming disinformation and propaganda. Once again, they are left alone standing in the cold and wondering about the lost promises of change that their new Czar had once vowed to execute. Is Obama “the new face of change” only meant to be a physical manifestation rather than a political one? Is the purchasing of a President the key factor to maintain the status quo of power, while the middle class continues to be slowly assassinated?

In Washington, everything is for sale, including journalistic integrity. The Post’s business division put out a flyer offering lobbyists access at the Post’s CEO’s gracious home to “those powerful few” in the Obama administration, Congress, and among the Post’s editors and reporters who decide the nation’s policies, such as health care.

The Washington Post’s flyer offered a Wal-Mart low cost of a mere $25,000 for one “salon” to interact with decision makers and $250,000 for eleven interactions.The US has no media.

As a former Danish Foreign Minister said in another context – but nevertheless: “If you can´t beat them, join them!” Which he did being both a bilderberger and a Trilateral commissionist! Added on 19 Jan. 2009 - Mail Online: "Smart Drugs" like Ritalin are being widely used already to boost brain power.  Doctors are already reporting that healthy students are taking Ritalin, the controversial hyperactivity medication, as it is thought to boost concentration. Modafinil, a stimulant known as the 'stay awake' pill, is also being taken to boost exam performance.

There is a booming Internet black market in the drugs, with reports of parents encouraging children taking exams to use them. Some students at Oxford University are believed to be trading them in college libraries. In future, schools are expected to be handed over to necessitous children for the sake of social justice!"
The nano-brain chips mentioned below will, therefore, no doubt have a great future.

For a long time have I read about global mind control and eugenics of the New World Order. But I pushed the finer details of it aside, as I thought it to be science fiction. Now the following shows us that we are sending our children on the way to living Hell as robots, if we do not wake up now.

Eugenics
Charles Darwin´s thoughts that only the fittest should survive is the basic idea. Elite status ( nobility, e.g.) is considered a sign of eligibility for breeding. The masses were/are considered cattle. Since the eugenics had spread widely among psycho-therapists  and elsewhere there was a problem after WWII. The elite would not give it up. But “fortunately” a smart fellow, Aldous Huxley (author of "Brave New World"), had the solution: “We just change the name of the game! Now we will call it transhumanism. When you can genetically transmute plants – why not humans, too?”

Social engineering

The masses are to be diverted from reality to live in a virtual world (computer, TV), where they can be made happy by means of drugs, harmless entertainment, and nanobrainchips.

The ultimate goal /revolution is to be able to predict and control the behaviour of individuals and groups – to intervene on “precrime”. Some ideas are “social viruses”. Legislation today in the EU and the US is  so that anyone can be defined as a terrorist (Frameworkdecision on Racism and Xenophobia)

  – or terrist, as they seem to prefer saying now.

Global mind control

The film asserts that in the future everybody will have  nanochips in their brains to  increase their intelligence  performance (and make  them susceptible to remote control)  – even enabling people to learn new languages within minutes!!! Those who don´t have the chips will be the losers.

But let´s begin with Newt(on) Gingrich, the former US republican senator.  He is, of course, a member of Rockefeller´s Council on Foreign Relations . He is a former Speaker of the House of Representatives  - and may run for president in 2012. . He is a freemason   - even a 33 degree mason   (i.e. one of the 1000 illuminati points of light referred to by Pres. Bush in his State of the Union Speech in 1991 ).

Then there is the MIT (Massachusetts Institute of Technology, a Tavistock brainwash expert – especially since Kurt Lewin became the leader of the Center for Group Dynamics in the 1940es having fled Hitler´s persecutions of the Jews. Just look here (Henry Makow): “It is more effective to manage society by mind control than by physical coercion. The events of  9-11 and the "war on terror" mostly are exercises in mass brainwashing.

 Kurt Lewin, who became director of the elite-sponsored Tavistock Institute in 1932, developed the thinking behind 9-11. In his book "Mind Control World Control" (1997) Jim Keith writes:

"Lewin is credited with much of the original Tavistock research into mass brainwashing applying the results of repeated trauma and torture [of individuals] in mind control to society at large."

"If terror can be induced on a widespread basis into a society,” Lewin has stated, “then society reverts to a blank slate, a situation where control can easily be instituted."

 "Put another way: By the creation of controlled chaos, the populace can be brought to the point where it willingly submits to greater control.” Lewin maintained that society must be driven into a state equivalent to an 'early childhood situation.  (Page 44)

Elite planners designed Sept. 11 for its shock value. In the aftermath, they were able to impose a security crackdown, a costly military build-up and a war in Afghanistan and Iraq on a stunned population.

Keith cites another Tavistock researcher Dr. William Sargent author of "Battle for the Mind: A Physiology of Conversion and Brain-Washing" (1957): "Various types of beliefs can be implanted after brain function has been sufficiently disturbed by …deliberately induced fear, anger or excitement." (48)

This blueprint was laid out long before Sept. 11, 2001.

The Tavistock Institute  has developed such power in the US, that no one achieves prominence in any field, unless he or she has been trained in "behavioral science" at Tavistock, or one of its subsidiaries.

Here is a terrible report  on the efforts of the Rockefeller family to support eugenics and global mind control through mental hygiene.   
In 1921 the American Eugenic Society was established, supported financially and morally by the Rockefeller Foundation, as was Hitler´s chief adviser on racial/eugenic issues – Ernst Rüdin at the Kaiser Wilhelm Institut für Psychiatrie in Munich.

Henry Kissinger  supported the idea about a reduction of world population growth in Lesser Developed Countries, stating it was a grave threat to U.S. national security. Adopted as official policy in November 1975 by President Gerald Ford, NSSM 200 outlined a covert plan to reduce population growth in those countries through birth control, and also, implicitly, war and famine.. CIA Director George Bush was ordered to assist …, as were the secretaries of state, treasury, defense, and agriculture.

One of his major sources was the Royal Commission on Population, which King George VI had created in 1944 “to consider what measures should be taken in the national interest to influence the future trend of population”….  But also the Club of Rome publication, “Limits to Growth”  by Dennis Meadows had inspired Kissinger.

In the 1990’s the UN’s World Health Organization launched a campaign to vaccinate millions of women in Nicaragua, Mexico and the Philippines between the ages of 15 and 45, allegedly against Tentanus. The vaccine was not given to men or boys.
It was revealed by a Catholic organisation that the Tetanus vaccine contained human Chorionic Gonadotrophin or hCG, a natural hormone which when combined with a tetanus toxoid carrier stimulated antibodies rendering a woman incapable of maintaining a pregnancy. None of the women vaccinated were told.

It later came out that the Rockefeller Foundation along with the Rockefeller Population Council , the World Bank (home to CGIAR – a Rockefelller agricultural control organzation ), and the United States’ National Institutes of Health had been involved. In addition, the Government of Norway, the host to the Svalbard Doomsday Seed Vault , donated $41 million to develop the special abortive Tetanus vaccine.
