It was always said, if you mentioned the Council on Foreign Relations (CFR): “Pth! Conspiracy theory!”. Should you happen to mention that the CFR is a private world government you would be considered insane. Through this consquence of heavy brainwashing the CFR has been able to comfortably expand its world dictatorship – is even pulling the strings on the puppet president. They proposed to do research and make recommendations for the department without formal assignment or responsibility, in particular on - security armaments, economic and financial problems, political problems, and territorial problems. The Rockefeller Foundation agreed to finance the operation of this plan. From that day forward, the Council on Foreign Relations has placed its members in policy-making positions with the State Department and other federal agencies. Every Secretary of State since 1944, with the exception of James F. Byrnes, has been a member of the council."

The Council on Foreign Relations: “The Program on International Institutions and Global Governance (IIGG) at the Council on Foreign Relations (CFR) is supported by a generous grant from the Robina Foundation. It aims to identify the institutional requirements for effective multilateral cooperation in the twenty-first century.
The IIGG program meets these needs by analyzing the strengths and weaknesses of existing multilateral institutions and proposing reforms tailored to new international circumstances.
The IIGG fulfills its mandate by:
* Engaging CFR fellows in research on improving existing and building new frameworks to address specific global challenges-including climate change, the proliferation of weapons of mass destruction, transnational terrorism, and global health-and disseminating the research through books, articles, Council Special Reports, and other outlets
* Bringing together influential foreign policymakers, scholars, and CFR members to debate the merits of international regimes and frameworks at meetings in New York, Washington, DC, and other select cities;
* Hosting roundtable series whose objectives are to inform the foreign policy community of today's international governance challenges and breed inventive solutions to strengthen the world's multilateral bodies; and
* Providing a state-of-the-art Web presence as a resource to the wider foreign policy community on issues related to the future of global governance.

How the CFR will shape world government
A New CFR initiative for Global Governance May 1, 2008: The Council on Foreign Relations (CFR) has launched a comprehensive five-year program on international institutions and global governance. The program draws on the resources of CFR’s David Rockefeller Studies Program to assess existing regional and global governance mechanisms and offer concrete recommendations for U.S. policymakers
The program will consider whether the most promising framework for governance is a formal organization with universal membership (e.g., the United Nations); a regional or sub-regional organization; a narrower, informal coalition of like-minded countries; or some combination of all three.
The attitude of the United States will be among the most important factors in determining the shape and stability of the world order that results from these efforts.
Global governance in the twenty-first century may well come to resemble what Francis Fukuyama terms “multi-lateralism.”
The program on international institutions and global governance aims to assist the architects of U.S. foreign policy and their counterparts in other countries and in regional and global organizations in drafting the blueprints for new structures of international cooperation that are more closely tailored to global realities, consistent with long-term U.S. national interests, and sensitive to historic U.S. concerns about domestic sovereignty and international freedom of action. The program’s approach to global governance will remain a pragmatic and flexible one.

Here are the tricks the CFR wants to elaborate on in order to tighten its grip on the world
1. The struggle against Salafist-inspired Islamist terrorism has often borne a “made in the USA” stamp, rather than representing a genuinely multilateral undertaking. We will work for multilateral approaches.
2. Proliferation of Weapons of Mass Destruction:The program will work to assess needed reforms to existing nonproliferation regimes.
3. Homeland Security. The rise of transnational terrorist networks have forced the United States and its allies to tolerate some sacrifice of national sovereignty, reconcile distinct constitutional and legal traditions.
4. Infectious Disease, Biosecurity, and Global Public Health. Natural occurring or man-made pathogens. What reforms to current frameworks of global health governance, including the World Health Organization, are required to meet this burgeoning threat?
5. Global Climate Change. New international institutions to mitigate the degradation of the global commons will likely be a defining feature of global governance in the twenty-first century. Work for a post-Kyoto framework agreement, as well as create incentives for carbon-neutral development.
6. Managing the Global Economy. The program will also support CFR’s work in reevaluating the mandate of the IMF.
7. International Trade: Regulate global labor mobility.
8. International Investment. Global investment agreement, and examine the need for rules to govern sovereign wealth funds and the recipients of their capital.

9. Global Development Policy: The continued relevance and appropriate mission of the World Bank, the regional multilateral development banks, the UN Development Program, and other UN development agencies,
10. Preventing and Responding to Violent Conflict: What institutional reforms can be made to improve the capacity of the UN, G8, World Bank, AU and other international frameworks and partnerships to address the underlying sources of instability and mitigate and manage conflict?
11. The Use of Force: The program will work to clarify these criteria, building on the CFR’s previous work on such questions, including on the “Responsibility to Protect” doctrine, here.
12. Peace Operations and Post-Conflict Peace-Building. Deepen recent UN reforms.
13. Reforming the Bedrock Institutions of World Order Building. The program will, over five years, seek to propose reforms to some of the bedrock institutions of world order, including the United Nations.
14. The United Nations Security Council. Tackle the Problem of UN Security Council Membership, particularly the extension of permanent (or semi-permanent) membership
On July 15, 2009, US Secretary of State, Hillary Clinton, spoke to the CFR.
15. Regional and Sub-Regional Organizations – (the whole world under the CFR). Examine the current status and potential role of multilateral bodies in at least some of the following regions, drawing on relevant CFR scholars: - Europe, including the NATO, the EU, and the OSCE. - Asia-Pacific, including the APEC Forum, the ASEAN, the ASEAN Regional Forum, and potential sub-regional security architecture for Northeast Asia. - Africa, notably the African Union (including its new Peace and Security Council), the New Partnership for African Development (NEPAD), the Economic Community of West African States (ECOWAS), the Southern African Development Community (SADC), and other relevant organs. - South and Central Asia, including the South Asian Association for Regional Cooperation (SAARC), the Shanghai Cooperation Organization (SCO), and other potential multilateral arrangements for these two sub-regions. - Latin America, including the Organization of American States, the Summit of the Americas, sub-regional trade groupings (e.g., NAFTA, CAFTA, Mercosur), and potential groupings of like-minded countries to manage transnational challenges like energy security, migration and narcotics. - The Middle East, including the G-8 sponsored Forum for the Future, the Arab League, and the Organization of the Islamic Conference (OIC).
16. Re-conceptualizing “sovereignty” in an age of globalization. a. some failing and post-conflict states have become wards of the international community. b. some countries by their conduct have lost their immunity from intervention, as part of an emerging doctrine of “contingent sovereignty.” c. nearly all states – including the United States – have voluntarily forfeited some historic freedom of action to manage transnational threats and exploit international opportunities. d. Finally, some countries, particularly in the EU, have chosen to “pool” their sovereignty in return for economic, social, and political benefits.
17. Accommodating non-state actors in global governance. Partnership with and input from interested stakeholders, including civil society actors, advocacy groups, and corporations.
18. Overcoming the “democratic deficit” in global governance arrangements. Efforts at international cooperation, particularly of a supranational character (as in the European Union), often become divorced from the democratic will of the national publics of member states. Is an Alliance of Democracies a plausible framework for global order and a realistic alternative to the UN?
Finally, the program will serve a broader role in bipartisan consensus-building and public education by engaging administration officials and members of Congress on new directions in global governance, and by making its products widely available through a variety of media.”
David Rockefeller´s maternal grandfather, Nelson Aldrich alongside with Paul Warburg and JP Morgan founded The Council on Foreign Relations in 1921.
David was cofounder of the Bilderberg Club in 1954, the Club of Rome in 1968, the Trilateral Commission in 1973 alongside with Zbigniew Brzezinski. From 197o-1986 David was Chairman of The Board of the CFR. Now he serves as an honorary chairman of the CFR.
Comment: Der CFR has Filialen: The German Council on Foreign Relations and the European Council on Foreign Relations, founded by US CFR, George Soros, and the former German Foreign Foreign Minister, Joschka Fischer, who was an apprentice in the US as a “Distinguished Diplomat” to the US CFR – before he was set free in the EU branch. And the above clearly shows the grip of this powerful US Council on Foreign Relations on the whole world into the minutest detail: It develops the world governance/government, decides what is to happen where and how and when. Behind it it has most of the money of the world (Rothschild and his henchman, George Soros, Rockefeller, Bill Gates – although he is not on the membership roster of the US CFR – however, he is a member in Rockefeller´s Club of Rome – and his wife, Melinda, has participated in Rockefeller´s bilderberg meetings (2004).
The smart thing is that the CFR acts very discretely, so that the public does not lear about it. This illuminist secret grapping of power has been going on since 1776 as a central part of Rothschilds way to world government. However, what that syndicat does is no longer secret – as appears from the above. But you only find out about their dictatorial dirty tricks if you look for them. And the media are totally controlled by them and their clique – since JP Morgan bought the 25 biggest newspapers in 1917 – video.
But by what right has the CFR accumulated all this power? By the right of a thief!
