Al Jazeera Febr. 11, 2007: A 2-day secret meeting in Malta between nine EU countries and

12 member states at Foreign Minister level, including  Spain, Italy, Ireland, Egypt, Jordan and Saudi Arabia. Michael Frendo, Malta's foreign minister, said the meeting would cover inter-cultural dialogue, global warming, energy security, immigration and economic development. The Middle east crisis is expected to be discussed. "Bringing together these two worlds in Malta is in itself a political message in favour of the politics of moderation and against extremism and division," Frendo said.

 Europe lost the war against Islamic Jihad by denying it (Bat Ye´or).
“European leaders claim that Islam is an important part of Europe’s civilization. This assertion is necessary to the Euro-Arab symbiosis of the Mediterranean project that – according to Eurabian belief – guarantees peace. They think peace is a matter of continual European concessions on its culture and identities, and of its own disintegration” (Bat Ye´or)
It is the resolution of the Israeli-Palestinian conflict that will give the Barcelona Process a central role in the region ( Bat Ye´or , and also  Nadia Mushtaq Abbasi ( Research Fellow at the Institute of Strategic Studies, Islamabad)

Forces behind the planned Euromediterranean Empire

 According to Bat Ye´or (Eurabia 2005) the European-Arab Dialogue was a consequence of French aspirations to lead the formation of a new super-power counterweight to the USA. It was reinforced by the oil crisis after the Yom Kippur War in 1973, where the EEC countries submitted to Islam in  December of 1973 in Copenhagen. Since then all meetings between Europe and the OIC, ISESCO, and the Arab League  have, according to bat Ye´or, been a cringing submission to the Arabs, who have dictated censorship of our media and teaching of Islamic culture and ideology at the universities of Europe (Eurabia 2005)

Cause of the development of the “Euromediterranean Partnership"

Some think the thirst for oil is the major motivation for European submission to Islam. This does not seem likely to me for several reasons
1. The efforts of the West to develop alternative energy sources were little intensified for 30 years after the 1973 oil crisis. Rather dismantling of nuclear power plants were intensified, which does not imply fear of the Arabs.
2. Probably, the oilprinces are at least as dependent on the oil money as we are on the oil: No money for the hungry Arab masses will soon mean starvation, revolutions and ousting of the ruling Arab dynasties.
3. If our submission was due to fear, we would have done as little as possible to avoid an embargo. In stead European leaders – not the Arabs - according to Bat Ye´or took the initiative in the European Arab Dialogue (EAD) to unnecessarily offer the Arabs all of Europe. They brought the horror into our own sitting rooms, in other words the  immigrataion connected with Euromediterranean  “partnership” under various bad excuses -especially about decreasing birth rates, which they are responsible for by permitting free abortion.
4.The issue of relations between the European Community and Mediterranean Countries is much older than from 1973, arose at the beginning of the 1960s when France underlined the need to reinforce trade interdependency, resulting from decades of colonial relations, between some European countries and the countries of the Mediterranean. Bat Ye´or agrees to this (Eurabia 2005).
5. Andreas von Retyi (Bilderberg, Kopp Verlag, Rottenburg 2006) has another explanation for the oil crisis in 1973: The  impact of the Bilderberg group, which at its Saltsjöbaden meeting in 1973 - before the Yom Kippur War - wanted a quadrupling of oil prices and utilized the Yom Kippur War for this purpose by means of a double-tongued Henry Kissinger in shuttle diplomacy– while Saudi Oil Minister, Yamani, did his utmost to prevent the crisis.

What is behind the Euromediterranean Partnership?

 This does not mean that the Arabs do not push to spread their Islamic ideology. For they certainly do. But it means they are being invited to do so by our politicians and media who are corrupted by the greatest concentration of capital and media possession the world has ever experinced – emanating from the New World Order´ s leaders, who also financed the Russian and Nazi subversions. Therefore, our media have for 12 years been silent like oysters about the Euromediterranean Project – and for 34 years about the EAD. These processes are therefore practically unknown to the Europeans.

Europe’s Mediterranean policy has its legal basis in the Treaty of Rome . Article 131 of the Treaty of Rome states that ‘the Member States agree to associate with the Community the non-European countries and territories which have special relations with Belgium, Denmark, France, Italy, the Netherlands and the United Kingdom.’

The man who did the spadework for the Euromediterranean Project was former EU Commission President Jacques Delors, who is an honorary member of David Rrockefeller´s Club of Rome.
The European Commission, presided by Jacques Delors, launched in 1990 the “Renewed Mediterranean Policy”.
“The objective of learning to live together was outlined by the World Commissionon Education for the 21st Century chaired by the former President of the European Commission Jacques Delors.

"Formal education systems are to be geared towards …. daily practice of tolerance by giving way to others’ points of view.”
Thanks to the personal engagement of former Commission President Jacques Delors and his successors, informal consultations have been taking place between EU officials and the various churches, religions and schools of thought in Europe since the 1980s", i.e. "we are not different. Just let´s talk - and you will love to take the Burka, too!  For the sake of your well-being."

Create a  Region of shared security and prosperity through
1. Political and security measures
2. Financial and economic measures with massive investments through
   MEDA and the European Investment Bank as well as a Common market from 2010.
3. Cultural and social measures

Since the Muslim umma aspires to world hegemony - why do we pave the way for it? The oil states abound in our money paid them for oil. Why do we not let them pay for their poor brothers in Muhammad?

According to the report from the 9. Euromediterranean Foreign Minister Conference, Nov. 2007 Mauritania and Albania have now  also joined the Euromediterranean Society, which furthermore comprises: Algeria, Morocco, Tunesia, Egypt, The Palestinian Authority, Jordan, Syria, Lebanon, Turkey and Israel.
3 weeks after 9/11, 2001, the Euromediterranean Foreign Ministers met in Brussels and made the following statement: “The Ministers rejected as both dangerous and unfounded any equating of terrorism with the Arab and Muslim world. In this connection the importance of the Barcelona Process was emphasized by everybody…. to promote dialogue between equal civilizations  (Report from 5.-6. 10. 2001 in Brussels). This has been the EU attitude ever since.

Naples 2003: On Dec. 2-3 the EU promised the “partner countries” the 4 fundamental freedoms of the EU: Free mobility for capital, services, goods and people within the Euromediterranean area in return for  "economic and democratic progress" - as confirmed by the Danish Prime Minister Fogh Rasmussen.  This is stated in a report issued on Nov 28, 2003, i.e. 4-5 days before this scandalous Foreign Minister Conference!! ! And this VI. Euromediterranean Foreign Minister Conference decided to launch 

The  Anna Lindh Foundation, an institution to create a Euromediterranean area without “us” and “them” by brainwashing our youth to multiculturalism. Knowing that Islam cannot be moved an inch  the EU sees only one way to achieve this: To remove the last remnants of our culture, religion and nationality effectively and introduce the sharia as proposed by the Arhbishop of Canterbury - long practised in English courtrooms and in Denmark (only Halal-butchered poultry is sold) .

To help it are the Danish Center for Cultural Development, the various EM-Youth organizations, the media, and here , and here, and here and here and here and here as well as the UNESCO Cultural Convention.

Besides, the Alliance of Civilzations (AC) was founded by the Spanish Prime Minister Zapatero, Turkish Prime Minister Erdogan and UN Secretary General Kofi Annan  to promote this programme. It is planned to fuse with the EU Neighbourhood Policy in 2009.  It seems to be flirting with global New Age religion. On Jan. 15, 2008,  Benita Ferrero Waldner, EU Commissioner for External relations, met with AC and said: "We support Alliance of Civilization´s activities exploring innovative uses of mass media to promote cross-cultural understanding – but these will achieve their objective only when there is effective freedom of expression and information. A main objective of the European Year of Intercultural Dialogue (2008) is mobilization of civil society. How else can we build bridges between communities and people?" Never mind us ordinary contrary ignorants!
However, the development of the Euromediterranean Partnership was not satisfactory. For while the EU considered the voluntary Barcelona Declaration to be judicially binding the Muslims did not. They took what they could use - and forgot the obligations! So in 2004 a new EU-initiative was introduced to secure immigration and trade:

The European Neighbourhood Policy (ENP)

 “The EU offers our neighbours a privileged relationship, building upon a mutual commitment to common values (democracy and human rights, rule of law, good governance, market economy principles and sustainable development). The ENP goes beyond existing relationships to offer a deeper political relationship and economic integration. The level of ambition of the relationship will depend on the extent to which these values are effectively shared. The ENP remains distinct from the process of enlargement although it does not prejudge, for European neighbours, how their relationship with the EU may develop in future

The central element of the European Neighbourhood Policy is the bilateral ENP Action Plans agreed between the EU and each partner. These set out an agenda of political and economic reforms with short and medium-term priorities. Implementation of the ENP Action Plans is underway.
The European Neighbourhood Policy applies to the EU's immediate neighbours by land or sea – Algeria, Armenia, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Egypt, Georgia, Israel, Jordan, Lebanon, Libya, Moldova, Morocco, the Palestinian Authority, Syria, Tunisia and Ukraine. Although Russia is also a neighbour of the EU, our relations are instead developed through a Strategic Partnership

To those adjacent countries left out of the enlargement process, the EU offers a stake in its internal market and further integration and liberalisation to promote four freedoms of movement: persons, good, capital and services. In return, it expects these countries to make progress in political and economic reforms.

In its "General Report 2007" the EU Commission informs  that 4.08 billion Euros were set aside for the ENP 2007-2010. In 2007 800 million Euros were given to the Palestinean areas. And that on 11.04.2007 the Black Sea Synergy was launched: A regional initiative for the countries around the Black Sea. In a communication from  Dec.5,  2007, the EU advocated "a strong ENP to improve trade and mobility". Furthermore, "the European Union and its Mediterranean partners continued negotiations to enhance their trade relations with a view to creating a Euro-Mediterranean freetrade area to come into effect by 2010" with liberalization of services and a coherent agricultural and fishery policy. On March 15, 2007, the EU Parliament criticised the EU for doing too little with a view to the Free Trade Area by 2010. Morocco is praised for making progress

Where  will this enlargement end?
First 10 Euromediterranean partners, then 13 of them , then 16 ENP countries which may in due time join the EU – although most of them are outside Europe. And now the Black Sea Synergy! In the work of Nadia Mushtaq Abassi even the Persian Gulf is mentioned as an EU target!!
