LATEST. European Parliament News 7 Nov. 2012:  The EU’s common security and defence policy (CSDP) must respond to strategic trends and play a full part in the Union’s external relations, said foreign affairs and security and defence MEPs in a debate with Catherine Ashton on Wednesday.

EUObserver 7 Nov. 2012:  Responding to calls by Liberal leader Guy Verhofstadt to urgently set up a federal European “state”, Angela Merkel pointed out that an attempt in that direction failed when French and Dutch voters rejected the European Constitution, in 2005.
Of course the European Commission will one day become a government, the EU council a second chamber and the European Parliament will have more powers.

Video below: Angela Merkel states, the Euro will be replaced by a “multilateral” currency system =The one world currency. Probably, she has  this proposal bythe IMF from 2010 on her mind.

Summary: The EU is a supranational ideology of fanatical politicians who boast the more (planned) crises we citizens have to endure, the stronger the EU has become (at our expense). Therefore, the Commission and the Parliament are madly keen on utilizing the ongoing crisis for their economically impossible, political project of the euro for the acquisition of the last remnants of the sovereignty of nation states, by creating an economic union with a finance ministry in Brussels, assisted by corrupt national politicians.
However, acc. to Barroso, it is very painful that EU citizens do not believe in EU competence and talk of democracy after being cheated after the referenda on the EU Constitution /Lisbon Treaty.

Now,in agreement with Mr. Barroso, the EU foreign ministers have forwarded their vision for a “democratic” future of the EU. The report laments growing “populism” (= people’s will), and nationalism in the EU, while the sense of solidarity and belonging to Europe is dwindling.
German Foreign Minister Westerwelle’s solution to this problem is more Europe - of course not taking into account the people’s will. It continues

Treaty changes may be necessary. The Euro has the highest priority. The Commission must be strengthened.
The EU Parliament should be empowered to nominate a candidate for the next EU presidency.
Furthermore, direct election of the EU Commission President (between NWO-nominated candidates - like in the US). He/she would be empowered to nominate his European Government. The Parliament should have the right to initiate legislation - and a second chamber should be established.
Strengthening of the SME and the EIB. Strengthening of the Economic and Monetary Union - to comprise all 27 member states!

The EU is to effectively oversee the budgets of its member countries. Some members suggested mutualisation of sovereign risk (= the rich pay for the poor to the banks, till they are equally poor). EU coordination of national labour market functions and pensions. And Commission proposals have to be automatically adopted without discussion.
The ECB should survey banks, and the EMS should be developed into a European monetary Fund with sufficient (of our taxpayer) funds.

This whole busines is to be “democratically legitimate”, meaning that the EU Parliament (which also want the United States of Europe without an opposition) is to be “consulted”. If additional actions have to be implemented at the EU level concerning national budget interests, national parliaments have to agree (EU Method,  consensus or you are out in the cold). Create a single market for armament projects and a European army.

The New Global Order forces the EU to strengthen the common Schengen external borders and EU visa.
Differentiated integration should be used. National parties should build a truly “European political space” to make Europeans more attentive to EU policy. National Parliaments should  be more keen on following the Lisbon Treaty

The New York Times 17 Sept. 2012:  Polish and German Foreign Ministers write in “A New Vision for Europe” i.a.: These steps will mean greater powers at the European level, but we can proceed only if they are democratically legitimized. Consolidation must not be allowed to stifle growth. The spirit of solidarity needs to prevail. The answer to our current conundrum is more Europe. Our absolute priority needs to be the euro. Our ambition is to ensure that Europe plays a global role that corresponds to its economic power. We refuse to allow the E.U. to be “a political dwarf and a military worm.”

We have already set up the E.U.’s External Action Service. We have to greatly strengthen the Common Security and Defense Policy/EUFOR as well. Shying away from military capabilities simply sidelines the E.U.

We propose that the Schengen area’s external borders be strengthened and better protected by creating a European border police force. We are seeking wider representation in international organizations. Our main objective is to endow the European Union with the means to wield the political clout it merits.  It will take much to motivate citizens to implement these reforms. What can help is to give them a perspective, a vision. Here is ours: For Europe to be a truly strong actor and global leader it needs a strong institutional setup.
No matter how dismayed the majority of citizens may be with the economic situation, citizens are proud to be part of this unique project called the E.U.We are confident that if it ever came to choosing, they would not let the Union unravel (referendum is Utopian).

Barroso now wants a common supervisory mechanism for banks. “We need to break the negative relationship between bank debt and government bonds (to the Rothschild banks) definitely. We need to develop a fully equipped common economic government, as well as a real, credible community tax capacity: Savings tax, energy tax, financial transaction tax “

Are you proud of the EU? Do you believe in EU democracy? Would you vote for the EU in a Utopian EU referendum? Do you want to see the EU as a military great power to conquer the world for the NWO? Would you pay taxes to the EU besides what you are already paying?

Documentation of Summary

Europe is united now. And united may it remain; One in diversity, May it contribute to world peace.May there forever reign in Europe Faith and justice And freedom of the people In a greater fatherland. Citizens, may Europe flourish, A great task calls on you. Golden stars in the sky are The symbols that shall unite us. (The EU Hymn).

The Daily Express 6 Nov. 2012:  As families in Britain and across the continent bear the brunt of austerity cuts, the bureaucrats could benefit from a 5.5 per cent reduction in tax. Combined with pay increases, this could see their incomes rise by 8.8 per cent.

The Daily Express 6 Nov 2012 There is a 3.9 per cent error rate in the implementation of the EU’s multi-billion budget last year – compared with 3.7 per cent in the previous 12 months.
Despite the criticisms Brussels expenditure will increase by £95 billion over the next eight years.
The error rate refers to money that should not have been paid to projects because they did not meet the requirements for eligibility for EU funding (Golf courses, e.g.).
The Tories want Prime Minister Cameron to veto an EU Budget uncrease and the EU Banking Supervisor. Mr Cash said: “The eurozone would be given the opportunity to outvote the non-eurozone countries, which would effectively mean Paris and Frankfurt versus the City of London (Rothschild).
The EU, he said, had a “catalogue of breaches of the rule of law” in the past and “this would be another one” if it went ahead without treaty changes.

Meeting after meeting is being held by the EUSSR on the financial/economic crisis. The purpose is to profit from it – for as José Barroso says EU Press Release 21 Sept. 2012: “When a crisis hits, we stick closer together. And we come out stronger.” But EU citizens and democracy are weakened every time!

Now EU foreign ministers have published how they vision for how the EU is to develop in the future: A European supranational Superstate – as decided secretly right from the beginning of the European project – and initiated with the EU Constitution aka the Lisbon Treaty.  Much of it is already being implemented.

MEP Nigel Farage, King World News 24 Oct. 2012: They even want to get eurozone countries to change their constitutions, to write in their constitutions that they will obey all orders from Brussels.  Now this is just monstrous, and I must say that it’s not just the Europeans on their own.  The IMF in Washington, which of course the US is an 18% shareholder in, they’ve suddenly become part of this great game. Last week we even saw the Nobel Prize Committee, and they come out supporting the European Union and giving them the Peace Prize.  So it is very, very difficult to ignore those voices, who have been telling me for 20 years that behind all of this there are a group of people that want to create a ‘one world government.’ It’s beginning to stare us in the face.” In the video above, Neil Farage calls bail-outs a means to subjugate nation states.

Here is the wishful dream of EU foreign Ministers
The Westerwelle Report from 17 Sept. 2012
coauthored by the Foreign Ministers of Austria, Belgioum, Denmark, France, Germany, Italy, Luxembourg, Poland, Portugal, Spain, Thenetherlands.
It deplores rising “populism” (= will of the people) and nationalism in the EU whereas the feeling of solidarity and belonging to Europe are dwindling. Westerwelle´s solution to this problem is more European debate. Hereby he admits that he and his colleagues have driven the EU forward without debatewithout even informing the public via the NWO controlled media and here and here and here and here.

Treaty changes may be necessary. The Euro has the highest priority. The Commission must be strengthened to fulfil its role as the engine of the Community Method (Consensus to Commission proposals).
Also the General Affairs Council should be empowered to fully fulfil its coordination role as foreseen in the (Lisbon) Treaty. The EU Parliament should be empowered to nominate a candidate for the next EU president. Revision of the Treaty should be made by a superqualified majority of the EU member states and their “population”.

Furthermore, direct election of the EU Commission President is proposed. He/she would be empowered to nominate his European Government. The Parliament should have the right to initiate legislation - and a second chamber should be established.

Strengthening of the Small and Mediumsized Banks as well as the European Investment Bank. Strengthening of the Economic and Monetary Union - which is to comprise all 27 member states!

The EU is to effectively oversee the budgets of its member countries - to make sure they fulfil their commitments. Some members suggested mutualisation of sovereign risk (=  the rich pay for the poor).  EU coordination of national labour market functions and pensions. And Commission proposals have to be adopted automatically without discussion.
An EU supervisory instrument incl. the ECB should survey banks, and the European Monetary System should be developed into a European Monetary Fund with sufficient (of our taxpayer) funds at its disposal.

This whole busines is to be “democratically legitimate”, meaning that the EU Parliament (which also want the United States of Europe without an opposition) is to be “consulted” . If additional actions have to be implemented at the EU level concerning national budget interests, national parliaments have to agree (EU Method,  consensus or you are out in the cold). Billedereu-surveillance5The New York Times 17 Sept. 2012Polish and German Foreign Ministers, Radek Sikorski and Guido Westerwelle write in “A New Vision for Europe” i.a.: While implementing these steps will mean greater powers at the European level, we can proceed only if they are democratically legitimized. Of course, consolidation must not be allowed to stifle growth. The spirit of solidarity, so intrinsic to our European culture, needs to prevail. The answer to our current conundrum is more, not less, Europe. Our absolute priority needs to be the euro, however. Containing the crisis is our responsibility. But beyond that our ambition is to ensure that Europe plays a global role that corresponds to its economic power. We refuse to allow the E.U. tEUFORo be, in the words of a former Belgian minister of foreign affairs, Mark Eyskens, “a political dwarf and a military worm.”

We have already set up the E.U.’s External Action Service. We must now enhance its coherence and visibility. We have to greatly strengthen the Common Security and Defense Policy/EUFOR as well. Shying away from military capabilities simply sidelines the E.U.

We are also looking at other policy areas. We propose that the Schengen area’s external borders be strengthened and better protected by creating a European border police force. In addition we are seeking wider representation in international organizations. Our main objective is to endow the European Union with the means to wield the political clout it meritsIt will take much to motivate citizens to implement these reforms. No matter how dismayed the majority of citizens may be with the economic situation, citizens are proud to be part of this unique project called the E.U., with its free movement of goods, services, labor and capital. We are confident that if it ever came to choosing, they would not let the Union unravel.

However, Switzerland has another view of the near future of the EU
Swiss-soldierSwitzerland expanding police state
John R. Schindler, professor of national security affairs at the U.S. Naval War College,  The XX Committee 7 Oct. 2o12:  Ueli Maurer, the Swiss defense minister, accompanied by whispers from the top uniformed leadership in Switzerland, is trying to raise awareness that Europe’s massive fiscal-cum-political crisis could get very unpleasant. Swiss military exercises in September, called STABILO DUE, were based on EU instability getting out of hand. That the Swiss military is adding four new military police battalions to the army, to be spread around the country, indicates that the threat they have in mind is more disorder and chaos than actual invasion.

MEP Nigel Farage in King World News 24 Oct. 2012 : “They even want to get eurozone countries to change their constitutions, to write in their constitutions that they will obey all orders from Brussels.”   Farage also warned “So it is very, very difficult to ignore those voices who have been telling me for 20 years that behind all of this there are a group of people that want to create a one world government … it’s beginning to stare us in the face.” Also see the above Video in which Faragestates,  “bail-outs” are sujugation of nation states.

ECB Chief Mario Draghi 9 Oct. 2012 We are building the financial market union  to break the vicious circle between sovereigns and banks, the manifestations of which are much more acute and disruptive in a monetary union. That is why we need the SSM in the single currency area.

The ECB and Barroso know their system is incompetent and hated. What is “painful” to them is that their medicine makes them even more hated

EUbusiness 9 Oct. 2012 The European Central Bank said Tuesday it will not simply print money to solve the eurozone debt crisis. That’s not going to happen,” said ECB chief Mario Draghi.

Fuchs-gänseJosé Barroso, EU Press Release 19 Oct. 2012: “Early this morning, we made significant progress on the way to a genuine economic and monetary union. We have now a commitment to seek agreement on the legislative proposals for the single supervisory mechanism by 1 January 2013. And this will pave the way for the direct recapitalisation of banks.

The reality is that the crisis is still with us: unemployment remains worryingly high, with the potential to undermine even further social cohesion. I am painfully aware of the difficult situation in which many European citizens find themselves, and this is precisely the reason why we have asked heads of state and government today to immediately implement the Compact for Growth and Jobs.

Right: Fox to the goosse: Dear little goose, come trustfully nearer – we are both Europeans, you know!

We are asking our citizens to make major sacrifices. We need to provide them with hope, with a realistic prospect that growth will return and that the most vulnerable in society will not suffer. TAXOur Growth Compact, an important investment package worth €120 billion, has not yet been fully implemented.  Tax on savings, energy taxation, public procurement reform, a boost for venture capital: these are areas where we need to speed up the legislative process to complete the single market. Next week the Commission will take the first step towards launching enhanced cooperation on a financial transactions tax.

José Barroso 23 Oct. 2012: We will also present an action plan on tax fraud and tax evasion, including tax havens before the end of the year. I also want to confirm to you that …the Commission will before the end of the year introduce a youth guarantee scheme.
Regarding the Single Supervisory Mechanism for banks: It also includes the tasking of the ECB with responsibility for prudential supervision and the power to intervene, if needed, with any bank in the euro area. We need to definitively break the negative link between bank debt and sovereign debt. We need to develop a fully equipped Community economic governance, together with a genuine, credible Community fiscal capacity.
Further steps are crucial to combine specific conditions with specific incentives and to really make economic and monetary union sustainable and democratic. Our procedures are already complex enough. (More) Institutions, mechanisms and procedures would …distance us from our citizens precisely at a time when we need to draw closer together.

We need to build on the existing institutional and legal framework based on community treaties. We must support the deepening of integration in the Euro area as the basis for strengthening our currency, the Euro. Greeks-burning-EU-flagIt is significant at a time when many of our citizens have doubts about the capacity of Europe to meet the challenges we face, that the international community, through the Nobel Peace prize, has sent us a clear message: The world needs a stronger Europe (The model of the one world state).

Comment
What does the Nobel Prize have to do with the “International Community”? Well, it´s Committee uses Alfred Nobels money to promote the NWO – as seen from its awarding this price to dictators, terrorists and warmongers.
Right: Greeks burning the EU flag on 12 Oct. 2012 as the EU was awarded the Nobel Peace Prize

Barroso, EU foreign ministers and Switzerland seem rather pessimistic about the relationship between the EU system and its citizens – and rightly so: The EU cancelled democracy, when it ignored  the French and Dutch NO to the EU Constitution: It then cheated us by secretly transferring parts of the constitution to the already passed Maastricht and Nice Treaties, removing the articles about an EU national hymn and flag – however practising them anyway in the Parliament. Then the Eurocrats launched the Lisbon Treaty, which is, acc. to the father of the Constitution, Valéry Giscard d´Éstaing, nothing but the Constitution once more – and passed although the Irish voted No the first time. The Danes were cheated of a promised referendum, our Prime Minister, Anders Fogh Rasmussen, was cheered  with standing ovations in the European Council for that treason and later appointed secretary general of NATO. The EU and its economically impossible political euro, are exclusively projects for the elite – while the peoples would reject it given a referendum. That is why the EU has banned referenda as soon as a country has voted YES (if allowed to vote) – while referenda go endlessly under EU threats in case of NO, until a YES is achieved.

The above shows that the EU elitists are painfully aware of that. They admit their incapacity to please their citizens – but will go on with their NWO project till these citizens grow so hungry that they revolt and dispose of the Eurocrats in  spite of their EUROGENDFOR. That´s why the EU will surveil us by any means – even by drones, able to kill restive people. For the Eurocrats have just one regulative mechanism as for the euro: austerity and poverty. The natural mechanisms of nations raising interest rates and devaluating when needed have been abolished.

It is against this backdrop, the wishful thinking of the EU foreign ministers has to be seen. The EU system is not only dictatorial. It is cruel – and its elitists know. They are demanding major sacrifices – bringing their citizens deeper and deeper into poverty – without sacrificing anything themselves: The bail-outs are only for the interest payments of the corporative banksters´fiat money loans, printed out of thin air. The bail-outs just mean more debt to serve – and more and more submission to the banks and the Northern European countries giving the bail-out loans, until they are equally poor. This will inevitably create hatred towards Germany and the EU in this EUSSR.

But while Europeans are being looted, the EU goes on squandering our money on far away states for meaningless NWO purposes: The European Investment Bank (EIB) 31 Oct. 2012: The EIB is providing a EUR 150 million loan to the Government of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam with the purpose of part-financing projects that will contribute to the mitigation of climate change
However,  CO2–climate change the biggest lie in the history of man. Man made climate change is due to NWO chemtrails and HAARP and here.
