Summary: In 1967, the “Report from Iron Mountain” was published. Whether it is actually a satire or a government report is still controversial. However, the course of history since it strongly suggests the latter option.

In essence, the report points out that modern civilization would fall apart without war, unless replacement could be developed to take over the functions of war. Societies rely on war. Whether the threat of war is real or just propaganda is irrelevant: it is about making the threat so credible, that people believe in it. In order to maintain NWO dictatorship there must be a common external enemy, to hold the people to making infinite sacrifices (in favor ruler) and to make technical progress.

The functions of war were said to be: 1 Economical: control of national economies. 2. Politics: War maintains the “necessary” class differences and subordinates the citizens to the state. The report claims that could no modern ruler could  keep proper control without maintaining a credible threat of war. 3. Sociologically war helps control social dissidence and anti-social behavior while promoting a commitment to social belonging and social cohesion. Otherwise treason. 4. Ecologically war is essential to balance the population in terms of available supply of food and other essentials. 5. Culturally and scientifically war has shaped values ??in the creative arts and motivated progress in science and technology.

How to replace the war system under the UN-NWO peace:

Economic – Expenditures of resources for “completely nonproductive purposes” must be at a level similar to that achieved by war, must remain independent of the existing supply-and-demand economy, and must be under arbitrary political control.  Political – A “generalized external menace” must be maintained to promote acceptance of political authority.  Sociological – Institutions must be developed to maintain public fear of “personal destruction” the war system provides; fear that promotes adherence to societal values, and acceptance of the transcendence of such values over individual lives.   Ecological – Population control must be maintained to keep humans from threatening the species by reproducing beyond the carrying capacity of Earth’s biosphere.   Cultural and Scientific – Establishment of “a basis for sociomoral conflict” as powerful as war provides is important for determination of cultural values. Also, there must be a “sense of internal necessity” to motivate the quest for scientific knowledge.

Under SUBSTITUTES FOR THE FUNCTIONS OF WAR: MODELS, The Report effectively fleshes out fundamentals of WHY we have perpetual war.

In economic terms, the three proposed war surrogates are: - “. A comprehensive social services program, aimed at maximum improvement of human life” - “A huge research program with an unknown outcome that targets unattainable goals.” - “A permanent, ritualized, ultra-elaborate disarmament inspection system, and variants of such a system.”

Eugenics is emphasized. And all this is only the beginning!

Rockefeller’s Club of Rome gave an alarmist replacement by twisted computer models that were pre-programmed to show the depletion of the resources of the earth and mankind as the enemy to be fought, with the disaster before the year 2000 - which proved to be wrong. The two members of the Club of Rome, Maurice Strong and Gorbachev gave her Earth Charter Communist, Leninist ideology global sustainability for the Gaia religion, which now, according to its founder, James Lovelock, be reached in terms of global warming wrong. Strongs UNEP will however increase the environmental ideology to religion - and many churches have joined the welcoming NWO religion. The collection program called Agenda 21

Another war substitute eg:. “War on terror”, False Flag Operations (Sept. 11), AIDS, pandemics, AIDS and other products from Fort Detrick.

Activist Post 20 Aug. 2012 In 1787, Alexander Tyler of the University of Edinborough wrote that all democracies go through eight stages, two hundred years being the average cycle time. The stages are:
1. From bondage to spiritual faith;  2.  From spiritual faith to great courage; 3.  From courage to liberty;  4.  From liberty to abundance;  5.  From abundance to complacency;  6.  From complacency to apathy;  7.  From apathy to dependence;  8. From dependence back to bondage.
The “New World Order” sounds like a euphemism for bondage.

The following is no doubt the explanation for the crazy world we are living in: Global CO2–warming lieCO2-Climate Exchanges fraud and sustainability, the “war on terror” based on insider black flag operations, and eugenics, the threat of AIDS, and other products of Ft. Detrick, USA, Swine flu.

Iron-mountain2The Intel Hub 3 April 2012:  In 1961 Kennedy Administration officials McGeorge Bundy, Robert McNamara and Dean Rusk, all CFR and Bilderberger members, led a study group which looked into “the problem of peace”.  The group met at Iron Mountain, a huge underground corporate nuclear shelter near Hudson, New York, where CFR think tank The Hudson Institute is located. The bunker contains redundant offices in case of nuclear attack for Exxon Mobil (Rockefeller), Royal Dutch/Shell (Rothschild) and JP Morgan Chase (Rockefeller, JP Morgan).

Bibliotecapleyades in a Review of Edward Griffin´s “The Creature from Jekyll Island” wrote In its essay on the Council on Foreign Relations and The Federal Reserve (brought on this blog on 5 November 2008):

Life in the New World Order
Griffin spells it out from the words of the Insiders themselves. One source is the 1966 secret Hudson Institute study commissioned by Defense Secretary Robert McNamara, entitled Report From Iron Mountain. This study coldbloodedly discusses various means by which government might control the populace and perpetuate itself in power in the absence of war (UN peace).

The study’s premise is that historically the only means by which a government has ever been able to “secure the subordination of citizens to the state” is war. Only war has been able to provide the external threat without which no government can accumulate power. War is used to make the masses put up with Sustainability1all kinds of privation, taxation, and controls without complaint. No amount of sacrifice in the name of victory is rejected. Resistance is viewed as treason.

But, says Griffin, Report From Iron Mountain explains that the war system may have to be replaced because “it may now be possible to create a world government in which all nations will be disarmed and disciplined by a world army, a condition which we will call peace.”

Here, explains Griffin, is the origin of the stratagem to promote ecological doom as the new enemy that threatens the entire world. The threat need not be real, provided the masses can be convinced it is real. Credibility is the key, not reality. Griffin writes that Report From Iron Mountain explains the avalanche of phony scientific claims that are uncritically publicized by the Insider-controlled media, as well as the funding of environmental “crazies” by corporations and businesses that would appear to have the most to lose.
The barrage of propaganda has had a phenomenal result. Politicians are now being elected on nothing but “concern for the environment and a promise to clamp down on nasty industries,” with no one caring about the damage done to the economy or our freedoms. Just as no sacrifice is too great in time of war, what happens to the economy or our freedom is of no consequence “when the very planet on which we live is sick and dying.”

Report from Iron Mountain
Activist Post 20 Aug. 2012: Fifteen anonymous men, worked thirty months on the product and insisted that it not be released for publication.

The U.S. News and World Report claimed in their November 20, 1967 issue, that an unnamed government official told them President Johnson “hit the roof” after reading The Report, and ordered that it be suppressed for all time. The same government official also confirmed the Report’s authenticity.
Apparently, a member of The Group leaked The Report…leading to Dial Press publishing The Report From Iron Mountain (4), also in 1967. The government declared it a hoax, did all they could to suppress The Report. Then in 1972, Leonard Lewin (5) claimed that he was the author, and that The Report from Iron Mountain was a spoof.

The Report’s first paragraph of SECTION 7 – SUMMARY AND CONCLUSIONS, under the subheading THE NATURE OF WAR, reads:

Global-warming-scareThe Report breaks the functions of war down into five categories; economic, political, sociological, ecological, cultural and scientific. Economically, war has throughout history stabilized and provided a system for controlling national economies. Politically, war, and the permanent possibility of war have been basic to stable government while propagating acceptance of political authority, maintaining “necessary” class distinctions, and subordinating citizens to the state. The Report claims that without sustaining credible threats of war, no modern rulers have been able to maintain proper control.  Sociologically, war, and presence of military institutions have throughout history helped control social dissidence and antisocial behaviors while promoting binding social allegiance and social cohesion.  Ecologically, war has been indispensable for balancing population with available supply of food and other essentials.  Culturally and Scientifically, war culture has shaped values in the creative arts, as well as motivating advances in science and technology.Global-warming-scare2

Essentially, The Report insists that without war, modern civilization would fall apart—unless substitutes can be devised to replace the functions of war summarized above. Topping the list of general criteria these substitutes must meet are: political acceptability; technical feasibility; public credibility.

The Report breaks down into the same five categories certain characteristics of any acceptable surrogate for the war system.

Also, there must be a “sense of internal necessityto motivate the quest for scientific knowledge.

Under SUBSTITUTES FOR THE FUNCTIONS OF WAR: MODELS, The Report effectively, if obliquely, fleshes out fundamentals of WHY we have perpetual war.

In terms of economics, the three suggested war surrogates are: —  “A comprehensive social-welfare program, directed toward maximum improvement of human life.”—  “A giant open-end space research program, aimed at unreachable targets.”  —  “A permanent, ritualized, ultra-elaborate disarmament inspection system, and variants of such a system.”

Four suggestions in the political arena: —  “An omnipresent, virtually omnipotent international police force. —  “An established and recognized extraterrestrial menace.”—  “Massive global environmental pollution.”—  “Fictitious alternate enemies.”

Ark-of-hopeThe section of sociological surrogates has six entries, two under CONTROL FUNCTION: —  “Programs generally derived from the Peace Corps model.” —  “A modern, sophisticated form of slavery.”

The Ark of Hope is one symbol of the pagan Gaia religion created un the imaginations of James Lovelock that the Earth is a breathing organism being killed by man. It is founded on Maurice Strong´s, Mikhail Gorbachev´s and Steven Rockefelle´s Leninist Earth Charter. In the meantime, James Lovelock has come to see the “manmade CO2 global warming as the hoax it is.

And under MOTIVATIONAL FUNCTION: —  “Intensified environmental pollution.” —  “New religions or other mythologies.  —  “Socially oriented blood games.”—  “Combination forms.”

The only ecological listing: —  “A comprehensive program of applied eugenics.”

No replacements are suggested in the cultural arena.

The listing related to science: —  “The secondary requirements of the space research, social welfare, and/or eugenics programs.”

The Group rounds out the SUMMARY AND CONCLUSIONS section of The Report with the caveat: “The models listed above reflect only the beginning of the quest for substitute institutions for the functions of war….”

Comment
This clearly shows the NWO as built on control of mankind based on lies. As the NWO controls the media it seems impossible to stop the madness until their big bang occurs – and then it is too late. All we can do is to spread information on this.
The insanity was dissipated worldwide by Rockefeller´s Club of Rome -“Limits to Growth”, “First Global Revolution (that made mankind the enemy to wage war on).

The Club of Rome gave an alarmist replacement, sustainability, through twisted and rigged old computer models: The depletion of the resources of the earth was inevitable, the disaster due to take place before the year 2000 - which proved to be wrong. Two members of the Club of Rome, Maurice Strong and Gorbachev, gave us the Earth Charter, a Communist, Leninist ideology on global sustainable dictatorship for the Gaia religion, which now, according to its founder, James Lovelock, is wrong in terms of global warming. Strongs UNEP will, however, raise the environmental ideology to religion - and many churches have joined the inclusive NWO religion. The common program called Agenda 21. Let us forget about Al Gore who was told by a British judge that 11 lies occurred in in his film “An Inconvenient Truth”
