Pres. Obama now admits to be cooperating with Al Qaeda in the conquest of Tripoli

Summary: The US Council on Foreign Relations is the invisible US government. Therefore, it is informative to note what this organisation releases. Its organ, the “Foreign Affairs”wrote on  20. March 2011: “The ouster of Qaddafi is illegal acc. to the UN resolution 1973. And the Libyan intervention is to show what future “humanitarian” interventions will look like.” Of course this raises the question: Are Syria and Iran next on the list as stated by NATO general Wesley Clark 10 years ago - and now again by Russian NATO envoy Rogozin. Observers think so and see an attack on Syria as the jumping board for an attack on Iran?  The plans for an attack on Syria  are thought to finished. That may be the reason, why Iran is now possibly supporting the demands of the Syrian rebels for reforma-  in spit of  support for  Assad.  Now Pres. Sarkozy  is warning Iran of  a possible attack - supposedly by Israel.

The US had to defeat Libya´s Qaddafi on behalf of its NWO masters, for Libya as well as Syria and Iran are countries that have not submitted to the new World Order. Libya even did not have a Rothschild central bank - which the rebels have now immediately established. Besides, the bankster-owned oil corporations are already taking over Libya´s oil.

CFR´s “Foreign Affairs” 20 March 2011 under the title: “The Folly of Protection”:  “The UN General Assembly adopted the principle of the Responsibility to Protect — or RtoP– in 2005; The 2005 document articulating RtoP carefully deliniated grounds for action under the doctrine, limiting it to four situations suitable for intervention: genocide, war crimes, ethnic cleansing, and crimes against humanity.

The UN Charter specifies that “nothing contained in the present Charter shall authorize the United Nations to intervene in matters which are essentially within the domestic jurisdiction of any state.” Internal abuses by states — including the slaughter of civilians — do not automatically qualify as “international” threats under the charter. The RtoP precluded, for example, intervention in cases of civil disorder and coups. When foreigners seek to liberate a country, they often fall into one or more of three traps.  The liberating invaders may thus be responsible for having produced a civil war, a colony, or one more tyranny with a new ideological label attached.” The latter is now the case, since the new Libyan constitution is based on the Sharia in cooperation with the West!!

Foreign Affairs: “Will the interveners brush aside the restrictions of the Security Council resolution and topple Qaddafi — and thereby discredit the legal authorization of Right to Protect? Regardless, the intervention in Libya is sure to shape how RtoP is applied in the future.”

But now, the”Foreign Affairs” 26 Aug. 2011 under the Title “Obama´s Victory. Libya and the Future of Humanitarian Intervention” praises Obama: “This was all done at a modest financial cost, with no U.S. troops on the ground, and zero U.S. casualties.”
Furthermore it states something very disquieting : “Libya has demonstrated the viability of a well-implemented Right to Protect intervention. What has been most striking in the Libyan case is the Obama administration’s vocal leadership in seeking to consolidate RtoP as a vital global norm. Lest one imagine that the Libyan case is a one-off.” The CFR then proposes some rules to be followed, before USrael attacks any rogue state on behalf of the corporate NWO banksters.

Obama´s going to war with Libya was unconstitutional, because he did not obtain the permission of Congress - and the US had not been attacked. But such trifles do not matter in the NWO, since Congress is in the process of legislating on leaving the declaration of wars entirely with the president alone in the future!! A very undemocratic and dangerous procedure. Even presidents may be mad!

Now as of 4 Aug., Pres. Obama has issued a  Presidential Study Directive on Mass Atrocities (PSD-10), an “Interagency Atrocities Prevention Board and Corresponding Interagency (PSD-10) Review, stating “Our security is affected when masses of civilians are slaughtered, refugees flow across borders, and murderers wreak havoc on regional stability and livelihoods.  America’s reputation suffers…, when we are perceived as idle in the face of mass atrocities and genocide.  In the face of a potential mass atrocity, our options are never limited to either sending in the military or standing by and doing nothing.  The actions that can be taken are many.”
This would leave to any mad president to attack any country he does not like! This president now even admits to cooperate with Al Qaeda in the conquest of Tripolis! Like Gaddafi, Hillary Clinton now warns the TNC against Islamic extremism - as the West plans to let the Sharia be introduced!

The US Council on Foreign Relations is seen not only as the secret US government. It has also great ambitions to rule the world by means of David Rockefellers “Studies Program”. It is now evaluating Pres. Obama´s war achievements in Libya: In March its organ, the “Foreign Affairs” called it “folly” – today “Obama´s victory”. But the Foreign Affairs on 20 March has other tings to say: The ouster of Gaddafi is illegal acc. to the UN resolution 1973. And the Libyan intervention is to show what future “humanitarian” interventions will look like. The Question is: Was Libya a unique case – or are Syria and Iran next?

One thing is certain: The NWO had to defeat Gaddafi, because he was one of the few leaders in the world who did not submit to Rothschild´s/Weishaupt´s/ USA´s New World Order/Rothschild´s central bank system.
I cannot believe that Gaddafi is an angel as described in the following video. But at least what is written therein is very thought provoking.

Global Res. 28. Aug. 2011 Prof. Chossudovsky : The “pro-democracy” rebels are led by Al Qaeda paramilitary brigades under the supervision of NATO Special Forces.  Al Qaeda “freedom fighters” have been integrated into the ranks of US-NATO led military operations.

The reasons for the “humanitarian attack” on Libya
Asia Times 1 Sept. 2011: Gaddafi transgressed many red lines: 1. Total wanted a much bigger piece of the Libyan energy cake. 2. The international financial/banking system are promoting subversive ideas such as turning your economy to the benefit of your local population - want the profit for themselves. If you’re pro-your country you are automatically against those who rule - Western banks, mega-corporations, shady “investors” out to profit from whatever your country produces. 3. Gaddafi also tried to replace the petrodollar with the gold dinar 4. French banks had told Sarkozy that Gaddafi was about to transfer his billions of euros to Chinese banks - a bad example. 5. French corporations told Sarko that Gaddafi had decided not to buy Rafale fighters anymore, and not to hire the French to build a nuclear plant; 6. The TNC was invented in Paris, but the United Nations also duly gobbled it up as the “legitimate” government of Libya. The French and the British redacted what would become UN Resolution 1973. Washington merrily joined the party. The Saudis wanted to get Libya-celebratesTotalrid of the ultra-bad blood between Gaddafi and King Abdullah.

Libya celebrating victory – but whose victory: That of Rothschild´s  or Sarkozy´s corporations? That of the Muslim Brotherhood and “Al Qaeda”?  The losers are the Libyans anyway and the US and EU taxpayers taxpayers.

Pres. Obama, the White House 4 Aug. 2011: Creation of a Presidential Study Directive on Mass Atrocities (PSD-10) “Interagency Atrocities Prevention Board and Corresponding Interagency (PSD-10) Review”
“Preventing mass atrocities and genocide is a core national security interest and a core moral responsibility of the United States. Our security is affected when masses of civilians are slaughtered, refugees flow across borders, and murderers wreak havoc on regional stability and livelihoods.  America’s reputation suffers…, when we are perceived as idle in the face of mass atrocities and genocide.  In the face of a potential mass atrocity, our options are never limited to either sending in the military or standing by and doing nothing.  The actions that can be taken are many.”

CFR´s “Foreign Affairs” 20 March 2011 under the title: “The Folly of Protection”: The UN General Assembly adopted the principle of the Responsibility to Protect — or RtoP– in 2005; The 2005 document articulating RtoP carefully deliniated grounds for action under the doctrine, limiting it to four situations suitable for intervention: genocide, war crimes, ethnic cleansing, and crimes against humanity.
Libya-bodiesThe UN Charter specifies that “nothing contained in the present Charter shall authorize the United Nations to intervene in matters which are essentially within the domestic jurisdiction of any state.” Internal abuses by states — including the slaughter of civilians — do not automatically qualify as “international” threats under the charter. The RtoP precluded, for example, intervention in cases of civil disorder and coups. Equally significant, the Libyan resolution authorizes only a no-fly zone and the protection of civilians, not the ouster of Qaddafi that U.S. President Barack Obama has called for.

The liberating invaders easily fall into a trap thus being responsible for having produced a civil war, a colony, or one more tyranny with a new ideological label attached. Will the interveners brush aside the restrictions of the Security Council resolution and topple Qaddafi — and thereby discredit the legal authorization of Right to Protect? Regardless, the intervention in Libya is sure to shape how RtoP is applied in the future.

CFR´s “Foreign Affairs” 26 Aug. 2011 under the Title Obama´s Victory. Libya and the Future of Humanitarian Intervention“: This was all done at a modest financial cost, with no U.S. troops on the ground, and zero U.S. casualties.

The Right to Protect
Libya has demonstrated the viability of a well-implemented Right to Protect intervention. What has been most striking in the Libyan case is the Obama administration’s vocal leadership in seeking to consolidate RtoP as a vital global norm. Lest one imagine that the Libyan case is a one-off.

The PSD-10 is a groundbreaking document. The directive expands the menu of policy options available in such cases, which should range from complete inaction to sending in the marines. This escalatory ladder is meant to encompass preventive diplomacy, economic and financial sanctions, arms embargoes, and ultimately coercive action. Realist critics have bemoaned it as a blueprint for interventionism run amok, Libyadestruction-r-ap.002anticipating meddling in foreign conflicts on a grand Wilsonian scale.

Left: From Libya´s NATO bombed rubbles. Many civilians were hit and killed by NATO bombs. Russia Today states about 800 killed civilians.

Requirements for US humanitarian military intervention
1. Set the bar for intervention high: situations in which governments or insurgents are targeting large numbers of civilians with genocide, systematic rape, mass murder, expulsion, or other crimes against humanity. 2. Armed intervention should be an option of last resort3. React proportionally to the conflict. 4. Realistic long-term political strategy to address the violence’s root cause.
5. Multilateral interventions vastly preferable to unilateral ones.  6. Armed humanitarian intervention only if  leaders are committed to marshaling and sustaining the domestic support – or the president must be ready to lead on his own. The Obama administration checked all these boxes in the Libya case.
Comment:
Obama broke the Constitution, as he did not have the consent of Congress to go to war Congress´will to give him that power)– and the US had not been attacked. Besides NATO transgressed UN Resolution 1973, ousted Gaddafi  and launched ground forces.

The New American 26 Aug. 2011:  As Libya spirals out of control and the death-toll mounts around the world from Iraq to Afghanistan, the prospect of even more war grows larger every day. And if current trends continue, critics say disaster will be the inevitable result.

Talk of protracted civil war, genocide, violent retaliation, plundering, and deepening chaos is well underway as the bodies of Libyans continue to pile up. And analysts expect the bloodshed and violence to continue for the foreseeable future. An unidentified military official cited by the New York Times this week said Western Sharia 2“commandos” were already on the ground offering “fairly extensive” help to the rebels. And calls for even more NATO “boots on the ground” continue to grow as the prospect of “nation building” looms

The Sharia is being implemented in Libya. Libya is purveyor of weapons to terrorists worldwide
The new regime will keep large swaths of the Gaddafi´s dictatorial “security” apparatus intact.
As The New American reported on August 26, a draft Constitution for Libya based on Sharia law, and here, and here, created with Western assistance, is ready to be imposed on the nation. Nevertheless, Like Gaddafi, Hillary Clinton now warns the TNC against Islamic extremism!! In fact, countless reports already indicate that huge masses of advanced weapons are in the hands of Islamic extremists. And the weaponry — missiles, machine guns, and possibly even chemical weapons — begins to circulate around the world. In the first weeks of NATO intervention the rebels had already announced the creation of a new central bank (Rothschild-owned) to replace the existing state-owned monetary authority. A new oil regime was also put in place.

Is Syria in for “humanitarian intervention”?
CFR´s Foreign Affairs 25 Aug. 2011:  Ayatollah Ali Khamenei, Iran’s supreme leader, has made it clear that Tehran sees the uprising in Syria as a U.S. ploy: “In Syria, the hand of America and Israel is evident,” he said on June 30. Meanwhile, he affirmed Iran’s support for Assad, noting, “Wherever a movement is Islamic, populist, and anti-American, we support it.” On August 8  Alaeddin Boroujerdi, the chairman of the Iranian NATO-protect- usparliament’s Foreign Policy and National Security Committee: “Having lost Egypt, the U.S. has targeted Syria.”  Credible reports from Syrian refugees indicate that Tehran sent its own forces to Syria to quash the protests. On May 18, the U.S. Treasury Department mentioned the role of the Quds Force directly. But there are signs that Iran is now supporting the rebels` demands for reforms - and supporting Assad. To date, there have been no significant defections within the Alawite-controlled military, which is key to his survival.

The New American 22 Aug. 2011 Among the biggest public advocates of military intervention (in Syria) have been American legislators. U.S. Sen. Lindsey Graham (R-S.C.), for example, suggesting a UN-backed “humanitarian” war similar to the NATO campaign in Libya might be a suitable option.  The Russian government’s envoy to NATO, Dmitry Rogozin, said earlier this month that NATO was already planning a military campaign to overthrow Assad - in spite of opposition from Russia who has a naval base in Syria - with the eventual goal of taking down the government of Iran as well. But according to Western officials cited in news reports, blueprints for a NATO attack on Syria have already been drafted.
So, according to observers, the potential for an expanded conflict certainly exists. Retired U.S. Former NATO General Wesley Clark knew 4 years ago.

Activist Post/Tony Cartalucci 1 Sept. 2011 Puppets amongst puppets. Mahmoud Gerbril and Mustafa Jalil are pictured here flanked by their European sponsors, without whom they and the contrived “National Transitional Council” would not exist. The rebels ultra-servile leadership is unable to make a single decision independently without first groveling in Doha, Paris, Rome, or Washington. Their “victory” is due to Al Qaeda (LIFG) and NATO forces on the ground. But the “victory” is just the beginning of  Gaddafi´s long, bloody guerilla war. The only “liberty” to be achieved by Libyans will be that of foreign banks and corporations to operate unfettered and parasitically in yet another nation. The Atlantic Council provides a list of corporations sponsoring it and so their activities. Photo: Deutsche Welle and Activist Post.

Pres. Obama now admits  to be cooperating with Al Qaeda in conquering Tripoli
The Middle East situation may rapidly spin out of control. Now pres. Sarkozy is warning Iran of an attack - supposedly by Israel (AFP 31 Aug. 2011). DEBKAfile 21 Aug. 2011:  Tehran has now launched the hardware   smuggled into the Gaza Strip ready for a Middle East war offensive. One reason is to render the Palestinian Authority Chairman Mahmoud Abbas and his bid for UN recognition of an independent state on Sept. 20 irrelevant.  Another reason is to plant ticking bombs around Israel for potential detonation and explosion into a full-blown regional war.
Besides, Netanyahu is in a bad scrape on 20 Sept: In the Security  Council, the US will veto the Palestinian demand for  Palestinian statehood - but the General Assembly is expected to adopt this resolution. So, Israel is preparing for attacks and severe Palestinian riots.
