EUROPEAN COUNCIL ON FOREIGN RELATIONS (ECFR)

Jean-Luc Dehaene (Belgium) - Member of the European Parliament, former Prime Minister and vice president of the European Convention , which wrote the Constitutional Reform Treaty. "The new challenge for the European Union is to become a global actor and as such an active contributor to the global governance. To achieve that EU have to speak with one voice. The European Council on Foreign Relations can contribute to formulate the European message."

Helle Thorning Schmidt (leader of the Social Democratic Party, Denmark, Prime Minister candidate): "The European Council on Foreign Relations is a very interesting initiative, and I fully agree with the notion of the European Union as a motive force for a global open society. There is a definite need for a more pro-active European foreign policy, and I am convinced that the ECFR could play an important role in promoting this agenda."

Helle Thorning Schmidt is the leader of the Danish Social Democratic Party and George Soros´co-founder of the European Council on Foreign Relations (CFR). Thus, she is working for the capitalists of the US Council on Foreign Relations - called the invisible government of the USA and the Rockefeller Foreign Ministry - to promote the New World Order´s control of the EU - the model for its world state. The Rockefeller dynasty wants its investment back with interest: Rockefeller and the CFR bought the fathers of the EU according to declassified US government papers.

 Cofounder of the ECFR and member of the German CFR, former German Foreign minister Joscka Ficsher has been a distinguished diplomat to the US Council on Foreign Relations to learn the trade and to strengthen the relations between the two CFRs. On the photo left Joschka Fischer (black helmet) is stated by the BBC News to be seen introducing the New World Order - then called the 68-revolution - beating a policeman on a street in Germany in 1973. Today he is unrepentant - just a little smarter - according to himself

What is the European Council on Foreign Relations (ECFR)?

"It is a think tank – founded by George Soros. Its founding 50 members comprise EU-Parliament members, former European Prime Ministers, present EU- Ministers and their advisors as well as “intellectuals”. It has 7 offices in European capitals.

George Soros is a  member of and in the leading inner clique of the  US Council on Foreign Relations. It is also called the Rockefeller Foreign Ministry. Here is the US Council´s own description:  "Its 3,400 members include nearly all past and present Presidents, Secretaries of State, Defense and Treasury, other senior U.S. government officials, renowned scholars, and major leaders of business, media, human rights, and other non-governmental groups."  Soros participated in the Bilderberg Meetings in 2000 and 2002 (Andreas v. Rétyi: Bilderberger, Kopp Verlag, Rottenburg 2006). Furthermore, he is a member of the Trilateral Commission, which is to work for a fusion of North America, larger "Europe" and the far  Orient.                                                                                             
George Soros 
is a Hungarian speculator of bad reputation. In 1992 he broke the Bank of England by speculation: Sold 10 billion US dollars worth of pounds on a day and forced the UK to leave the European Exchange Rate Mechanism and devalue the pound. Soros earned 1.1 billion US dollars in the process. In 1997, during the Asian financial crisis, then Malaysian Prime Minister Mahathir bin Mohamad accused Soros of using the wealth under his control to punish ASEAN for welcoming Myanmar as a member. Later, he called Soros a moron.Thai nationals have called Soros "an economic war criminal" who "sucks the  blood from the people".

 But he also supported East European organizations against the Soviet – and has spent money on ideological philantropy.
In 2002 a French court ruled him guilty of  insider trading as defined under French securities laws and fined him $2 million which was the amount that he made using the insider information. His insider trading conviction was upheld by the highest court in France on June 14, 2006.

 

 
Who are Soros´ ECFR helpers?                                                                                              The president is Mark Leonard , a young man with a past as President of the very influential global think tanks CER and Tony Blairs Foreign Policy Centre , as well as the transatlantic German Marshall Fund , a Rockefeller supported institution: “With generous funding from the Rockefeller Foundation, GMF will convene the Bellagio Dialogue mid-June to mid-July 2006 at Rockefeller’s Bellagio Study and Conference Center in northern Italy”               

Who are Soros´ clients?
Soros has established and finances a number of very effective  NGOs. He established and finances? Morton Abramowitz, U.S. assistant secretary of state for intelligence and research from 1985-1989` and now a fellow at the Council on Foreign Relations; Paul Goble, director of communications “at the CIA-created Radio Free Europe/Radio Liberty (which Soros also funds). ”Zbigniew Brzezinski , as well as General Wesley Clark, once NATO supreme allied commander for Europe. Stephen Solarz, once described as ‘the Israel lobby’s chief legislative tactician on Capitol Hill’ along with the likes of Richard Perle and Paul Wolfowitz. They sent a notorious letter to President Clinton in 1998 calling for a ‘comprehensive political and military strategy for bringing down Saddam and his regime.”

George Soros was the business partner of Osama bin Laden´s brother, Shafiq bin Laden, in Carlyle weaponry trading (until 9/11?). Salem bin Laden was the oil business partner of Soros´ Carlyle partner, George Bush sen. until Salem´s death in 1988.

one of the world’s largest private equity funds, which makes most of its profit from defense contracts. And which therefore grows richer the more wars the US president starts. Both Pres. Bush were/are affiliated to it. Other participants include the former secretary of state James Baker and Frank Carlucci, former defense secretary, and “until recently", Shafiq bin Laden, the brother of Osama Bin Laden. In fact Shafiq bin Laden and Bush sen. were together at a Carlyle Investor meeting on 9/11.

Pres. Bush jr. broke the NWO rule of secretive manipulation
 Soros hates Pres. Bush jr. for having broken the rule of manipulation. "Today, there is basically a oneness of purpose in promoting U.S. imperial dominance, and in the process, attempting to solve a deepening global economic crisis by controlling diminishing petroleum and energy resources. By making U.S. ambitions so clear, Bush has committed the cardinal sin of giving the game away. For years, Soros and his NGOs have gone about their work extending the boundaries of the ‘free world’ so skillfully that hardly anyone noticed. Now a Texan and his overzealous neo-cons have blown it”. Therefore, Soros has spent a lot of money fighting Bush jr.s 2. election campaign.                                                                                                      
Financing of the ECFR
(Ulrike Guérot): ”We have a multiple funding to which the Soros Foundation contributes 1/3. The other parts are derived from the Sigrid Rausing Fund, the FRIDE-Institute in Spain and the Communitas Foundation in Bulgaria. We are advertizing for more donors in other EU-states, and we are proud  to get along without state or EU subventions, for exactly this makes us free and independent.”

 Programme of the ECFR
Ulrike Guérot:  ”We should never forget that it was once the leftist “Internationale” that demanded the abolishment of borders. In principle we want the same thing: the dismantling of national  borders, anti-nationalism, and a Europe-wide inner market, a multicultural Europe. Most of us are for Turkish EU-membership.
We agitate for opening of the borders to the Western Balkans and for their accession to the EU. We are of the opinion that nationalism, chauvinism and protectionism are concepts of the 20. century. We want the  EU to speak with one voice. We believe to have discovered a niche here: According to symposia there is a 70% wish among European for a common, strong and concerted EU foreign policy as for bigger questions!! However, this would carry more weight if at need we had the means  to  carry our aims through by military force – or at least could threaten to do so. We should consider to have Israel in the NATO! I consider the new intellectual divide “the West against Islam” which was imposed on us by the Americans after 9/11 to be false per se. For the actual divide is moderate versus extremist, und that is true of all religions."

The Balance of hard and Soft Power  
"The negative perceptions of Russia, China and Iran seem to be linked to the fact that they are perceived as military powers with potentially global reach. This suggests that the new world order will be determined not simply by the balance of ‘hard power’, but by the ability to get what you want through attraction rather than coercion and payment, arising from the appeal of your culture, political ideals, and policies." And the world is stated to be looking for Europe to take leadership in the further development of the New World Order.

The voice of the New World Order
Here speaks the New World Order, the  illuminist order professed by the EU on Oct. 24, 2007 in the European Parliament.

The Danish Centre for Culture and Development is a department of the Danish Foreign Ministry. Its multicultural programme to abolish European culture for Islam fits perfectly in with that of the ECFR.

This order was presented to Mayer Amschel Rothschild on May 1, 1776, as his instrument to rule the world by means of money. Its 6 point programme was called The New World Order. During the 1. Iraqi War 1990-91 Pres. Bush sen. referred to it 5 times, even stated the defence of it to be the cause of that war. Gorbachev is using the term since 1988. The 6-point programme :  1) Abolition of the Monarchy and government. 2) Abolition of private property. 3) Abolition of inheritance. 4) Abolition of patriotism. 5) Abolition of the family, through the abolition of marriage, all morality, and the institution of communal education for children. 6) Abolition of religion.
The Rockefeller dynasty is closely allied and affiliated to the Rothschilds.

 Now let us take a look at the above programme of the ECFR. Do we find the 6 points of The New World order there? The programme confesses to  the “Internationale‘, dismantling borders, nationalism, patriotism. "In principle we want just that”.

The "Internationales" were Marxist and therefore wanted to abolish family, inheritance and private property. According to Friedrich  Engels the Communist Manifesto had its background in illuminist Babouvism  – after Babeuf of the French Revolution. In disposing of borders the ECFR also wants to dispose of sovereign national governments as known heretofore. As stated above the ECFR sees an inherent curse of any religion!! as the cause of ongoing conflict. And it wants multiculturalism – does not see the ongoing conflict between Islam and the secular state as ideologic . And it describes its vision of a soft New World Order (socialist, the world state distributing private property!)

                                                                                                       
So, you see with the ECFR the New World Order has finally and officially established itself inside the EU. It is a "communist capitalism" buying our souls to let the illuminists - the EU - introduce their dictatorial one-world state, which they have strived for since the red(shield) 1. of May 1776. So far they acted discretely through the Bilderberg Club, the Club of Rome and the Trilateral Commission – as well as the US  and  German Councils on Foreign Relations. 

Now these people are taking power over us in full illumination.
